development Work and lastly get placed as Ready-To-Deploy Professional

HTD Levels
● 1st Month: Training (Level-1)
● 2nd and 3rd Month: Learn + Work (Level-2)
● 4th to 6th Month: Work (Level-3)

HTD Exits
1. The Trainee can exit after One month with Course Completion Certificate.
2. The Intern can exit after Three months with Internship Certificate.
3. The Employee can exit after Six months with placement(Job).

Level-1 (FIRST MONTH): TRAINING
HIGHLIGHTS:
● 6 days a Week
● 4 assessments
● Duration: 25 days
● 6 Hours a day (Excluding break time)

● Fully Technical Training: Complete Stack (MERN or MEAN or JavaFS) and
GitHub.
● A total of 4 weekly assessments and daily assignments.
● Must complete the 1st level to go to the 2nd level.
● 100% Attendance, Punctuality and other rules apply.

Level-2 (Second & Third month): INTERNSHIP
HIGHLIGHTS:
● 6 days a week (2nd and 4th Saturdays Off)
● 4 assessments (Fort nightly)
● 50% Work, 50% Training
● Duration: 45 Work Days, 6 Hours a day

How it Works
● Technologies you learn during Internship: MERN Stack Continued,
Microservices, DevOps, Cloud Deployment, Development Tools, SOLID
Principles, Design Patterns, Unit Testing.
● FortNightly Assessments, Alternate day assignments.
● Work or development assignments must be completed on a weekly basis.
● Must complete the 2nd level to go to the 3rd level.

Level-3 (Fourth, Fifth and Sixth months): WORK
● 5 days a week
● Full time Work begins!
● Salary of INR 15,000/month up to Rs.22,500/month
● 90% Work, 10% Training

How it Works
● The candidate in this level works on the client project development.
● Candidate continues to get the required training.
● Candidate is now an employee and earns Salary.
● 6 Months Work Experience Certificate. Guaranteed Job.
● In case MTD fails to place the candidate, the training fee paid by the candidate
at the beginning of HTD is returned.

Job Guarantee
● Job is guaranteed only when the candidate completes 6 months of HTD. The
candidate may be hired by MTD clients during any of the 3 Levels of HTD.
● Must complete the work assigned during work period (Level-3)
● All rules and fair play apply for Level-3 as well.
● Quitting the job during work period (Level-3) is optional to the candidate.
● Candidate gets, above the market-trend salary-package with minimum INR 4.5
LPA or more (Indicative) depending on market conditions.

Training Fee:
● Trainee pays a Fee of Rs.40,000/- Only (including taxes). No installments.
● If the candidate is terminated before 15 days during the Level-1 (Training
period), then Rs.14,000/- is returned. (Mostly if fails 1st 2 assessments)
● If the candidate is terminated after 15 days during Level-1, then Rs.8,000/- is
returned.
● If the Trainee is Terminated after 1st month (Level-1) then no money is
returned.

Terms and Conditions
● 100% Assignments must be completed at all levels.
● 100% Assessments must be cleared.
● Work must be completed as per the Client Requirements (Level-2 and Level-3)
● All Documents must be submitted before the deadline.
● Dress Code, Punctuality, Work Ethics, Progress and other terms and conditions
must be followed at all levels.

HIRING PROCESS
WHO CAN APPLY?
● Candidate who has passed out of BE / MTech / MCA in 2023 or 2024 having
Degree Certificate in Hand. No BackLogs allowed for Passed Out candidates.
● 8th Semester students can also apply. Students with BackLogs may apply.
● Candidates must have 60% in 10th Std and 60% in PCM in 12th Std (PUC)
● Candidates must have 60% Average from 1st Semester to 7th Semester.

Six Rounds of Interview Process:
1. Coding Test: 45 Minutes (1
Problem) 20 Points
2. MCQ (MCSR and MSMR): 20 Mins (14 Questions) 14

Ordinary Courses and Internship VS MTD-HTD
3 Months course they say. It usually gets
dragged beyond 6 months.
We have Day-Wise schedule and Rules set by
the Clients. The rules are are followed as it is.
You Pay hefty amount and at the end, get only
the course completion certificate.
Fairly you pay nothing, but get corporate
training, Salary and Work Experience letter.
Course or Internship may not guarantee you
good knowledge and skills.
MTD-HTD is entirely Industry knowledge,
Advanced Tech Stack, development and tools,
domain knowledge, multiple roles.

The candidate may be hired by MTD clients during any of the 3 Levels of HTD. ● Must complete the work assigned during work period (Level-3) ● All rules and fair play apply for Level-3 as well. ● Quitting the job during work period (Level-3) is optional to the candidate. ● Candidate gets, above the market-trend salary-package with minimum INR 4.5 LPA or more (Indicative) depending on market conditions.
