I’m a project facilitator who believes that my job is not to construct elaborate Gantt charts but to focus on building
a shared understanding of the problem to be solved and connecting the right people with the right information so
everyone can do their best work. When there’s conflict I get curious. At Infor, I earned a “Distinguished Diplomat”
award from my peers for shepherding technical projects that spanned teams in the US, Europe, India and the
Philippines.

Infor is a $2 billion enterprise business software company with 7,000 employees across the globe. After installing,
documenting and testing software, I shifted to a business analysis role to have a greater impact on quality. As
Infor acquired new software companies, I was tapped to lead integration projects from over 10 different ERP
systems to our performance management software. I became adept at facilitating meetings that keep projects
moving forward despite bumps along the way. I’m looking for new challenges in a small-medium size company.
Senior Software QA Analyst, Comshare, Ann Arbor, MI
2001 – 2008
Comshare was a leading performance management and planning software company based in Ann Arbor (later
acquired by Infor). I was hired on as a member of a new “special forces” software QA team which worked across
development teams on end-to-end system testing. One of my first assignments was to write an integrated
performance management installation guide for consultants to Fortune 500 companies. That was a great way to
dig into the technical details and develop a big picture view.

After a decade in the classical music world, I joined Borders, moved up to the corporate office as the first music &
video special orders person for Borders.com, and later managed a 12-person team. At Borders, I got hands on

I played first oboe with Ars Musica, the Mantovani Orchestra, and the Sao Paulo State Symphony and taught
oboe at the University of Michigan and the University of Illinois. After touring the US, Canada, Japan and Taiwan,
I lived and worked in Brazil for several years. learning to speak Portuguese on the job
