This project aims to create a tool that allows telecom engineers to generate offers for mobile station configurations from different configurators and export them to Excel format. A team of 4 members led by Daniel will complete the analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment phases of the project by April 22, 2011 according to specifications from the Competence Center team. The tool is intended to simplify the work of creating various mobile station configurations.

2. The aim The aim of this project is to create a tool that could provide an offer based on diferent configurators for mobile stations and after that you could export it in xls format. This will be done in order to simplify the work for creating the diferent configurations for mobile stations The tool will be used by telecom engineers

3. Resources The team will contain only 4 members, but they will work together at all the tasks and subtasks for analyses, design, develop and testing as well. The team leader is Daniel.

4. Constraint The project have to be done until 22.04.2011, according with the specifications provided by the CC team (competence center). This date is an approximation of the date of finishing of the project. This date could be overcome in special conditions, discussed with CC team.
