Project Name: MMI Build – wM Migration from 8.x to 9.x(Vinakom data center to
Google data center)

Project Brief:
This Project is about the migration of Current version of wM(8.2) to the New version(9.5) for
the Motorola Mobility Inc. In this project we have moved the current wM interfaces to MFT &
wM 9.x version. We have migrated around 200+ interfaces in wM 9.x version & around 200+ to
MFT. This Migration also consists of the Data center migration from the Quinnox owned data
center to Google data center.
Responsibilities:
• To start this project, I have collected the complete details of 400+ interfaces &
documented them & shared with the client.
• I have differentiated the interfaces as to which one go to MFT & which to wM 9.5 &
documented them and shared the same with the client.
• I have handled 44 interfaces & completed the testing of all the interfaces in older & the
newer version of wM.
• I have involved clients for the CAT & had calls for the approvals.
• Prepared the plan for the complete migration.
• I was involved in the communication with the client of the Migration status calls.
• Helped team with the Issue & difficulties they have faced during the migration.

Duration: June 21 2010 to June 2013
Description:
This project is about maintenance of existing Motorola B2B and EAI architecture. Some of the
interfaces also use BAM (Business Activity Monitoring) for business users. Motorola is provider
of analog and digital two-way voice and radio products world wide. Provided support to Global
Motorola webMethods environment Where Trading Partners like Foxconn and Flextronics are
used in order fulfillment and partners like DHL is used in shipping the orders. This also
includes the Motorola Managed Inventory (MMI) based interfaces for improved Supply Chain
Management of Motorola globally. Motorola also have many trading partners in North America
like Verizon, T-Mobile etc. who uses EDI standard of transmitting business data using third
party VAN (Value Added Networks). This is an ongoing project with Quinnox from 2004 to till
date where the agreement is to provide Level 2 support for all existing and on boarding
webMethods Integrations of Motorola between various regional, business critical applications.
This is a highly visible and high impacting project that Quinnox has engaged with Motorola.

Project Description : FTP1 Project
ftp1.motorola.com is a secure external FTP drop box for all business units to exchange files
with external users and enable Motorola’s business customers/partners to drop off or pick up
files. The FTP Server is deployed on the Motorola’s premises. The FTP1 server provides basic
FTP/sFTP service to its trading parting The FTP service is not able to meet the business needs
of Motorola, Additionally the FTP1 is providing some challenges for ex. there is no dashboard
available to view the status of files submitted to the server for exchange with the trading
partners. Additionally, the FTP Server is providing maintainability challenges. In order to
overcome such challenges and also to augment the FTP services to meet the business needs,
Motorola intends to replace the FTP services with a Cloud based FTP services offered by MOND.
Responsibilities
1)Gather the requirement and made the analysis for the same.
2)Prepare the HLD and LLD for the same requirement.
3)Implementation of the maps(services)as the requirement.
4)Configured the channels,transacodes,routing rules,schedulers as per the requirement.
5)Have configured the Mond thin client scripts as the requirement for both inbound and
outbound.
6)Have implemented the scripts for file name format filtering to drop off or pick up files by the
customer.
7)Have configured the alert notification for the no occurrence of the files placed by the supplier
as per the scheduled timings and also sent alert notification to the customer placed file into
their directory from source system.
8)Involved in the testing and also we involved the supplier training for inbound and outbound
testing for the same.
9)Providing support for all FTP accounts configured in the Mond system.

Project Details:
This project aims at creating a course portal for a IT organization. This allow registered users
of the system to join course available in the site and access the material published
For the course.
People can register themselves as trainee of a course or a trainer for a different training
section .When a person himself register a Trainer, an approval should send by administrator for
approving person as a Trainer. The course home page contains the title of the course and a
brief description .There also a discussion board for each course where trainees can interact. An
announcement section , which contains then latest announcement ,and a course content
section which gives the links for material available for a particular course.
There is also a facility for trainees to give online tests for the course specifying the test title
and a set of multiple choice questions which will be different for different trainees with duration
of time for the test.

So the current process of registration was replaced with a new online site wherein when ABO input their personal information, its transferred simultaneously to a database which is located on the territory of the Russian Federation and to AS/400. There are different type of interfaces that has been used for the transactions. We are removing the FTP part from the system & involving the WM code for the transaction processing. Responsibilities: I am working on making the new requirement changes. I am working on Weekly Maintenance activity I am working on the tickets, which is assigned to me I am working on the Defects that we get in QC I am fixing the code if there is any issue in production. Client Name: Motorola Project Name: MMI Build – wM Migration from 8.x to 9.x(Vinakom data center to Google data center) Duration: April 2014 to Till Date Role: Developer Project Brief: This Project is about the migration of Current version of wM(8.2) to the New version(9.5) for the Motorola Mobility Inc. In this project we have moved the current wM interfaces to MFT & wM 9.x version. We have migrated around 200+ interfaces in wM 9.x version & around 200+ to MFT. This Migration also consists of the Data center migration from the Quinnox owned data center to Google data center. Responsibilities: • To start this project, I have collected the complete details of 400+ interfaces & documented them & shared with the client. • I have differentiated the interfaces as to which one go to MFT & which to wM 9.5 & documented them and shared the same with the client. • I have handled 44 interfaces & completed the testing of all the interfaces in older & the newer version of wM. • I have involved clients for the CAT & had calls for the approvals. • Prepared the plan for the complete migration. • I was involved in the communication with the client of the Migration status calls. • Helped team with the Issue & difficulties they have faced during the migration.

The FTP Server is deployed on the Motorola’s premises. The FTP1 server provides basic FTP/sFTP service to its trading parting The FTP service is not able to meet the business needs of Motorola, Additionally the FTP1 is providing some challenges for ex. there is no dashboard available to view the status of files submitted to the server for exchange with the trading partners. Additionally, the FTP Server is providing maintainability challenges. In order to overcome such challenges and also to augment the FTP services to meet the business needs, Motorola intends to replace the FTP services with a Cloud based FTP services offered by MOND.
