Siebel Consultant for data migration team within CRM and Billing transformation project, working across 7 releases
with key responsibilities including:
Leading all build / unit test activities of the ETL Data Migration tool and other business critical tools
Responsible for requirement gathering and solution design for Change Requests, including impact analysis and
effort estimates up to 90-150 man-days per release.
Design the End to End ETL Solution to Migrate Post Pay Customers from Heritage systems to Oracle Stack
(Siebel, BRM, and AIA) using Ab Initio.
Determining ETL mapping rules and preparation of Design documentation for CRM and BRM target systems.

existing functionality while operating within new support model

Provided assurance through leading test efforts, defect resolutions and code review, and production deployments
