Solution Architect and Build Lead, UK (Accenture) April 2012 – Present
Siebel Consultant for data migration team within CRM and Billing transformation project, working across 7 releases
with key responsibilities including:
 Leading all build / unit test activities of the ETL Data Migration tool and other business critical tools
 Responsible for requirement gathering and solution design for Change Requests, including impact analysis and
effort estimates up to 90-150 man-days per release.
 Design the End to End ETL Solution to Migrate Post Pay Customers from Heritage systems to Oracle Stack

 Taking proactive steps to ensure code is stable, tested and any code anomalies/defects removed, before
production:
o Taking ownership of a Simulation tool which tests code within a production-like environment
o Responsible for all product, reference and data mappings from the client legacy systems to the Oracle
stack
o Acting as a quality gate reviewing all ETL design and code, and resolving ETL, Siebel / BRM / AIA
issues
 Responsible for performance of all applications in Oracle stack, therefore working continually on lessons learned,
best practices and improvements to the migration code for data loading and clean-up and improving the tool to
perform activity in half the time.

As part of Transition Team, which assessed functionality and then transitioned client applications to an offshore
support model, worked on the billing application design and support change requests:
 Owned developing of solution (design, test, code reviews) for bespoke billing application, ensuring continuity of
existing functionality while operating within new support model
 Operated within rapidly changing environment, taking into consideration telecom regulatory changes with EU /
UK, business needs including MVNO, changes or new requirements from new / existing downstream
 Developed experience working with offshore support model, ensuring all offshore work completed to high
standards and on time for client

Solutioning / Team Lead, (Accenture) September 2008 – October 2010
Team Lead of a five-member team tasked with resolving issues faced with EIM / PL/ SQL, eScripting and
configuration, in addition to the Oracle 10g upgrade activities. Responsibilities included:
 Responsibility for overall solution requirements, design, and traceability to ensure build met client expectations
 Provided assurance through leading test efforts, defect resolutions and code review, and production deployments
 Managed all Change Request effort from estimates through to development and test
 Ensure team met overall milestones and functioned effectively, providing regular status reports to senior
leadership

Change Request Manager, (Accenture) September 2007 – August 2008
Responsible for seeing Change Requests from requirement gathering through design, test and development,
coordinating with a number of applications for impact assessments.
 Building EIM load and PL/SQL packages, creating and modifying scripts/applets for config changes as required
 Performing code peer reviews and proposing solutions to Solution Architects to improve / fix issues
 Major achievements included developing bulk processing for post-paid records, parallel execution of EIM bulk
loads, developing / modifying approximately 30 different load process depending on business requirements

Senior Developer, (Accenture) July 2006 – September 2007
Developer for three major functionality releases, using PL/SQL/EIM, Location-Based Visibility (LBV), MNP and
EIM loads for termination. Responsibilities included:
 Performance improvement within control files, fine-tuning IFB files and invoking jobs in parallel within EIM job
 Critical role in enabling LBV feature on the bulk loading tools, and also in mobile number portability requests
