Our mouldings are manufactured from computer cut high grade EPS polystyrene, then triple
coated with a multi part compound which is also reinforced with a triple coat of sand providing
incredible strength. This coating system weatherproofs the mould and provides durability so it
will not shrink, expand or crack. We also factory coat our mouldings in a clear primer that not
only seals the moulding it adds ease of final painting once your moulds are installed.
