Major improvement in Facility
• Infection Prevention-Central
sterilizatrion room ready (Equipment,
consumables and trained Human
Resource). OT extra furniture-chairs,
2 almirahs removed and pur inside
the Central sterilizatrion room.
• Institutionally- Regular LR ANM
(roster) weeking meeting by MOIC
and BHM on Thursdays. Review of
registers, complicated cases and
further improvements.
• Record Keeping-LR, handover, reffer
in, reffer out and reffer slip register
are maintained. LR register showed
improvements in L.M.P, weight, H/O
PROM, Gravida/Para and BP.
• Regular QI meetings- With everyone
involved in making the agenda and in
the meeting.
• Indenting with everyone's
participation- Support in indenting
Equipment, consumable, supplies
for LR, OT, NBCC and emergency
•Fund booking - Rs 1,00,000 from
"procurement from MCH" fund
head.
•YUVA kendra: Helped in
searching with MOIC, BHM IEC
material for staring it.
•FP corner: Corner and IEC material
shortlisted for the same with MOIC
and BHM.
•JBSY payment on time: Payment of
JBSY on bed before patient is
discharged and regular serving of
meals.
Major Changes in Outreach
• HSC FLW attendance: increased (ASHAs
37% and AWW 22%). February ASHA and
AWW attendance was 74 and 78
respectively. March ASHA and AWW
attendance was 101 and 94 respectively.
• 25% of the ANMs participated in
Annaprasan Diwas.
• HSCmeeting held as per agenda
discussed in ANM meeting.
• Out of 23, 22 HSC meetings are
conducted (96%)
• 12 AWW centres monitored for
support to ICDS.
• ASHA Diwas 1 attended out of 2.
• Sector meeting attended 1 out of
2 held.
• 12 Home visits done in 3 HSCs.
• Attended ASHA facilitator meeting and
rolled out content.
• 8 RI/VHSND sites monitored.
• Misoprostol tablet dosage information
given to ANM to roll out by ASHAs in case
of PPH in home delieveries or on the way
with consensus of MOIC.
What went well
• Liasoning and full support of Health and ICDS staff.
• Regular sharing of various feedbacks and suggestions. Participation by them in all
our activities very enthusiatically.
• They value our contribution to a great level.
• Participation and support asked by MOIC on Saturdays in health camps.
What didn't go well
• All sector meetings couldnt be held due to exam duty of LS.
• AWW meeting couldn't be attended.
Support required
• From RTS: In 1 QI meeting and Labor room roster meeting .
• From DM and DPO: Support in 1 ANM meeting.
