RE: Dave Edwards / Time Warner Business Class
To whom it may concern:
This year our school was in serious need of more bandwidth in order for our staff and students to be able
to perform tasks and assignments efficiently. Dave came to my office to meet with me, listened to our
needs and made recommendations based on those specific needs.
After much research, thought and several discussions, our school decided to change our internet and
phone service to Time Warner Business Class. Dave worked behind the scenes to get Time Warner to
pay for the construction to get to our building, let us know what to expect during the construction and
switch, and he was available to us during the entire process and followed up after installation to make
sure everything was up and running correctly and address next steps in claiming our rebate.
The process of switching to TWC was easy with Dave being involved in all aspects of the process. We
did encounter a slight hiccup during the installation regarding configuration, but the Time Warner
technician was able to make the correction and was back out at our school the next day to finish the
install.
We are completely satisfied with not only the service and information we received from Dave, but also
with the service itself. It has made a huge difference in our staffs’ and students’ abilities to perform.
