 The charges (brokerage and taxes) need to be disclosed to
Investors.
 A method should be established to award the employees who
provide maximum profit to their client.
 Reduce cost, so the more benefits can be passed on to
customers.
 As to make space in the customer mind the company should
go for Advertisement/Promotion.
