 Our Scrubber Hood is the 1st in the market that
utilise both Mechanical Scrubbing and Photolitic
Oxidation technology for Kitchen Pollution Control
(KPC). We are the only UVC system supplier certified
by UL Laboratories for UL 710 (Standard for Safety for
Exhaust Hoods for Commercial Cooking Equipment).

4. 1st Stage - Mechanical Scrubbing
by Water

goes through Water Scrubbing
Chamber.

Self-induced Scrubbing -
Removal of oil particulates
through inertial and
diffusional interception.
Extracted oil particulates
and water will be drained
into the reservoir.

 Photolysis - Long molecule
chain of grease are broken
by UVC.
 Ozonolysis - Shorten chains
of grease and grease
vapours are oxidized by
Ozone.

7. JIMCO KPC with UVC & Ozone
 All electrical wiring and connections are fitted with
gaskets, to protect from grease and water vapor.
 All UVC lamps are mounted within stainless steel
frame to prevent corrosion and eliminate stress that
will damage the lamps.
