(MMM) said it agreed to acquire Treo Solutions in a bid to expand its healthcare- analytics products line.Treo delivers analytics on data from more than 60 health plans and uses data analytics to redesign payment structures and transition clients to value-based care models. • The acquisition will allow 3M to expand real- time data analytics and payment redesign world-wide, helping provider organizations that already use its systems for computer- assisted coding in population health management, the company said in a statement. • 3M--whose products include Scotch tape, Nexcare bandages and Post-it Notes--also delivers software and consulting services used by hospitals and health systems through its 3M Health Information Systems business. • 3M New Product Fire Barrier Duct wrap.
