This series utilizes specially treated panelling to obtain a super-matte finish. These
panels boast an excellent physical and mechanical performance. It’s properties
include high scratch and abrasion resistance, virtual absence of reflectivity, high color
fastness and non-marking surface in our three various finishes.

Cabinet Specifications
Milania Cabinet Box Construction
• Enviironmentally friendly OSB3 engineered all wood strand board.
• All cabinetry sides, backs, bottoms and tops as applicable are 3/4” thick (19mm) construction.
• Full depth adjustable shelving on wall, base and tall cabinetry utilizes the same 3/4” thick
material with similar finished edge banding applied.
• Exposed cabinetry sides and edge banding utilize a neutral colored melamine.
• Eco friendly FSC and PEFC certifiable.
• OSB3 board is becoming the preferred material for quality of material, stability and strength.
It is known for its superb smoothness, which makes it a perfect surface for the lamination of
melamine papers.
• OSB3 board has no added formaldehyde

• Contemporary metal drawer box sides with soft close mechanism standard
• optional all metal chrome finished accessories available in each cabinet SKU in the accessory
section.
• European style soft close hinging furnished on all cabinetry
Milania Doors
• Doors are available in two styles: Plana (Slab) and Cava (Shaker)
• Door construction utilizes MDF with options of various finish treatments including: acrylic, PVC
and melamine dependent on door selection.
• All doors are balanced with finishing on the backs and have matching finish edge banding on
all exposed edges.

Ordering information
Order Processing
• Milania enters orders using nomenclature listed in our
book.
• Once an order has been entered, we will email or fax an
acknowledgement (estimate) to you.
• Upon receipt of that acknowledgement, we strongly
recommend that the order be proof read for accuracy.
• Customer service must be notified in writing within 24
hours of the receipt of the ackowledgement. Otherwise,
orders will not be processed.
Order Changes
• We will consider requests for minor changes or
cancellations to an order in writing up to 24 hours after
receipt of your signed sales ackowledgement.
• If your order has already been sent to warehouse for
shipment or assembly, no modifications will be allowed.
Shipping
• Please specify delivery or pickup in addition to providing your
purchaes order number and requested ship date on your order
form.
• Orders usually ship in 10 business days
• If order is to ship to a location other than your normal delivery
address, then it must be noted along with a person of contact
and their phone information.
Placing your order
Securing your beautiful home
Milania accepts written orders only, via fax or email. At no time will we accept an order verbally. Orders may be placed using the order form provided inside this catalog, your company’s order form, computer
generated orders or 20/20 order forms so long as ProCraft Cabinetry nomenclature is used.
Schedule for Shipping
Milania schedules orders on a first come first serve basis according to your requested shipping schedule. If you foresee that you will have to place more than one order, it would be best to batch your orders
and then send them in ata one time. Rush orders may incur additional charges. Shipping is not included in the price. A shipping price will be provided for you in addition to your order price. You are welcome to
provide your own freight. You will need to provide a BOL and a packing slip for each order.

ReceivingInformation
1) Check your Order
• You are responsible to check and make sure that all
items on the order sheet / packing list are delivered by
the same company at the time of delivery.
• Inspectyourordertomakesurethatallitemsarepresent
and without damage before signing any paperwork for
the driver.
• Any issues with your order must be noted on the Bill of
Lading (BOL) to delineate the party responsible for the
issue.
2) Missing Items
• The bill of lading (driver’s paperwork) indicates the
number of cartons, not necessarsily the number o items.
You must check that all items on the order have been
received before you sign the paperwork.
• All missing items must be clearly marked on the drivers
paperwork. Make sure to get copy of the Bill of Lading
that includes both the driver’s and customer’s signature.
• After all boxes are received, sign off on the drivers
paperwork. Once you sign off that all cabinets are
received, Milania will not be responsible for missing
items.
3) Damage or Defects
• Please inspect all boxes for visible damage in the presence of
the carrier representative, they won’t wait for you to open
every box.
• You must put it writing on the Bill of Lading in front of the
carrier and report the issue to Milania customer service
immeditiately with clear and visible photos of the damaged
products.
• Milania is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs
during shipment after you give the carrier a clean receipt.
All damages caused during delivery are not covered under
warranty.
When your Order Arrives
Please carefully read the following so as to best certify your order arrives and the appropriate party will be responsible for damages or missing items.
45. One year Warranty
Please read about our policies
Milania warrants from the date of purchase to the original
purchaser that cabinetry, door hinges and drawer glides will be free
from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and
service. This warranty is not transferable and only applicable to product
used for residential purposes. Reps of Milania do not have the authority
to change or enlarge this warranty. This warranty does not cover
normal wear and tear, damage or defects caused by accidents, misuse
, abuse or lack of necessary maintenance. Nor does it cover alteration,
modification, improper installation, improper handling and storage,
environmental conditions nor any labor expenses.
Milania at our option, may elect to repair or replace with
a functionally equivalent product covered by this warranty. Some
replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from
original parts received. Return of defective product may be required
for a replacement to be issued. Repair parts or replacement parts are
at the expense of ProCraft Cabinetry but customer shall bear all other
expenses. These expenses may include but are not limited to cost of
removal and re-installation of product, labor expenses, etc.
This warranty is valid only in the USA and is not transferable.
Allimpliedwarrantiesarelimitedindurationtotheshorteroftheperiod
provided by law or the period of this warranty. To the extent permitted
by law, this warranty excluses special, incidental or consquenetial
damages. Some states do not allow the exclusio or limitations of
incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations of exclusions may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you spcific legal rights; you may hae
other rights which vary from state to state.
AGREEMENT
I agree to have fully read and understand the policies, warranties and
disclosures provided in this document in their entirety. I agree to all terms and
conditions set forth by Milania in this document.
I understand and agree that Re-sellers and Cabinetry Dealers will not be held liable
for any defects and claims that are not covered under the warranty.

Replacements
File a Claim
• This damage must be reported within 5 days from
receipt of the product and must be documented with
photographs and noted on the delivery receipt.
• All returns will need to be authorized by Milania
prior to return shipment
• Products that have incurred damage due to user
error are replaced at the customers expense and will
not be refunded under any circumstances.
Order Errors
• Assembled cabinetry is considered to be custom built and
nonreturnable.
• Milania customer service will assist you in replacing any
cabinets ordered in error by customer.
