• The prestigious Princeton Review ranked WSU among one of the best
universities in the Midwest.
• For the 30th consecutive year, WSU’s National Model United Nations
Team continued its tradition of bringing home top honors from the
National Model UN Conference in New York City.
• For the 6th consecutive year, WSU students placed in the top three in
the National Case Management competition.

• The only university in the nation to win the Institute of Management
Accountants Case competition five times.
• WSU 2008 Ethics Bowl Team scores placed them 2nd in the nation,
pitting its ethical leadership skills against those of students from more
than 200 universities.

Aero Design East Competition in Kennesaw, Georgia.

8. Renovations
White Hall
• The new facility is the result of a three-year
project to completely renovate the former
Frederick A. White Health Center for
Ambulatory Care and to expand the building
with an 18,000 square foot addition.
• In total, the new facility now includes more
than 84,000 square feet of lecture halls,
classrooms, laboratories, offices, study spaces,
computer labs, and common areas, all devoted
to the specialized training of tomorrow’s
finest medical professionals.

• The 308,000 square foot complex now
houses meeting rooms, a fitness center,
swimming pools, a cyber café, a
gymnasium, the Union Market dining
facility, student services, and student
organizations.
