9. How to insert Chart
• Step 1 – Select the data for which you want to create a
chart.
• Step 2 – Go to the Insert tab.
• Step 3 – on the Chart ribbon, Click on the recommended
Charts.
• Step 4 – Select one of the graph types of you want to
use (click all charts if you didn’t find your preferred
design)
• Step 5 – Select the 2D column chart and click OK.
• Step 6 – Rename the name of the Chart
