Michael Sheaffer is active in all facets of Commercial/Industrial
Brokerage including Sales, Leasing, Investment and Development.
In addition to serving as Program Committee Chair on the Board of
Directors for LCAR’s C&I Council, Michael has also served as the
Council’s President for two terms.
Since 1983 a deep appreciation extends to all who helped shape a
robust career in Commercial & Industrial Real Estate. Excelling in
culinary arts and hospitality at a young age, Michael gained a wealth
of knowledge in establishing quality business relationships both locally
and regionally while also traveling abroad in seventeen countries. He
attributes a career of highly significant transaction volume to enthusiasm,
perseverance and determination. Primarily a lifelong resident of Manor
Township, Michael is blessed with his remarkable wife, Tari, and two
sons, Zach and Trent. Free time is most enjoyed with family and friends,
being anywhere outdoors and occasionally catching fish with the right
