• 13 years as a national and international Mindful Fitness Coach, working with thousands in settings
large and small.
• Primarily trained in Taoist Yoga, Meditation & Healing, Mindful Life Coaching, Internal Martial
Arts (Ki Gong/Chi Gung/Tai Chi), Dance and Vinyasa. Also trained in Aikido, Capoiera, Muay Thai,
Tae Kwon Do, Boxing,Weight Lifting, Mindful Fitness, Primal Movement, Free Running/Parkour,
some Gymnastics and played football in High School!
• Received 200hr Yoga Alliance Teacher Certificate at South Boston Yoga in 2014.
• Studied Mindful Education & Leadership at UMass Amherst in the Bachelors Degree with
Individual Concentration Major.
• Previously studied film and video at Massachusetts College of Art
• Helped launch and run non-profit nationwide Youth Leadership programs from 2006 – 2014:
• This included the Heroes Leadership program under the 501c3 Earth Citizens Movement
that joined mindful fitness with environmental activism.
• Led all PR efforts, event planning, management strategy and more.
• Successfully managed 4 Boston area yoga studios as Regional Director, meeting goals, teaching
classes, running workshops and teacher trainings for over 3 ½ years.
• Served as in-house design and PR head, marketing strategist, with exceptional proficiency
in office and basic design software, social media, writing, photography, and video
• After managing a major holistic fitness center in Union Square, NYC, started a new company,
MindfulMoves Inc. in 2015 and opened a small successful training studio in Soho, NYC.
• Successfully funded a Kickstarter campaign in 2015 to travel and shoot training videos during a 6
week adventure across Europe, culminating in an 8 day Mindfulness retreat this past summer in
Greece. This video footage is being considered for a Mindful Reality TV show on Netflix.
