This action research project aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a particular intervention on improving grade 3 pupils' mathematics test scores. The researcher implemented a pre-test/post-test design where students took a mathematics test before and after receiving the intervention. Results showed that students performed better on the post-test, indicating the intervention was effective in improving their mathematics abilities. The researcher concluded the intervention was successful and recommended its continued use in the school.
