Metamark Façade Film is a flexible architectural film developed for renovating and rebranding building facades. It allows for clean and easy renovation of steel cladding panels to improve appearance and maintenance or allow rebranding. Compared to paint, the film has high color stability, consistency, and damaged areas can be replaced with an exact color match. It is available in a wide range of standard colors as well as custom colors and carries a warranty of up to 10 years.

1. Rebranding and Renovating Building Facades
Metamark Façade Film is an architectural film developed
for the renovation and rebranding of building facades.
The film allows clean, easy renovation of flat steel façade
cladding panels to improve the appearance & long term
maintenance or to allow rebranding and detailing of
panels.
Alternative to Paint
Metamark Façade Film offers an economic alternative to
paint, overcoming the issues faced on commercial sites
where business continuity cannot be achieved through
traditional paint methods. The film can be installed cleanly
and easily with little business disruption. Compared to
paint, the film has very high colour stability and
consistency. Damaged of vandalised areas can be cleanly
removed and replaced with complete colour match.
Colour range
The standard colour range includes a range of both neutral
gloss, metallic and matt finishes, for building renovation,
and a wide colour palette of vibrant tones for rebranding.
Façade Film can also be colour matched to a bespoke
corporate colour, for minimum quantities.
Film Construction
As part of the Metamark Technical Films range, the single
layer film allows use on panels such as micro rib and
certain textured surfaces that require greater flexibility
than the multilayer RENOLIT REFACE by Metamark film.
Façade Films is supplied with standard with easy to install
MetaScape air release adhesive technology, and can be
supplied without this feature, for more demanding
applications.
Warranty
The product carries a Warranty for up to 10 years from
date of installation for colour fastness and adhesion
(subject to substrate survey) in use within Northern
European conditions onto vertical panels.
This warranty only applies to installations carried out by
approved Metamark Technical Films contractors or those
whom have received training by the above.
Each installation will require a basic clean at a maximum
interval of every 2 years to retain its initial appearance and
the above warranty. This can be provided at an extra cost
by Metamark Technical Films approved contactors.
Fire Rating
Metamark Façade Film is fire rated to UK BS
6853:1999 Cat1a&b as well European Class B. BS EN
13501‐1:2007 Fire rating standards.

Metamark Technical Films offer full on‐site training to
allow total peace of mind when using any of our films.
Cleaning and aftercare advice is provided after each
installation.
