Work Experiences
 One year and fourth months work experience in Dar Al-Arkan Real-estate
Development Company. As an accountant in the Financial Affairs Department
and as a coordinator and financial accountant in the stock holders affairs
department, in the period from 1/March/2005 to 30/June/2006.
 2 years and 11 months as an Auditor at Ernst and Young, Assurance
Services, from Dec 2009 to Oct 2012.
Job role description:
• To prepare detailed audit report.
• To collect and analyze the data to find out if there is any fraud, violation of
laws, regulations and management policies, duplication, etc.
• To inspect the account books of a company for analyzing the transactions
and efficiency of the accounting procedures.
• To report the management of the company regarding the audit results and
suggest changes in financial activities and operations of the company.
• Prepare full set of financial statement under Saudi Accounting Standards.

 Al-Inma Investment Company, Financial Controller, Finance and
Treasury from 1/Jan/2013 until present.
Current Role Description:
My role encompasses all areas of accounting from financial accounting to
forecasting and includes specific project work.
 Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements
preparation, company’s financials and funds’ financials, in addition to the
finance function on a day to day basis that includes but not limited to
review & post invoices to the system, preparation of payment to supplier,
preparation of purchase orders. In addition to monthly reconciliation of
currents accounts, management’s fees, and brokerage commission.
 I Prepare Monthly Actual V.s Budget analysis to be reported to Al-Inma
Bank; head of reporting department.
 Prepare and submit Capital Adequacy Report as required by Capital
Market Authority on monthly basis and SAMA reports on quarterly
report.
 I am handling treasury deals “Money Market placement” within our
proprietary investment portfolio.
 I am fully responsible for finance department projects such as:
 Follow up and test the implementation of finance ERP system
(Oracle).
 Follow up and test the implementation of funds multi company
system (T24).
 Review and update Finance Department Policy and Procedures.
 I report directly to CEO, CFO and Compliance department. In addition
to Al-Inma bank reporting department and prepare board quarter
financials reports as well.
 Review of finance colleagues’ works before submitting and posting.
 Fully responsible for completion financial year end audit and to follow up
with the audit team on all required reports by Capital Market Authority.
