The sales meeting agenda is for February 3rd at 8:30am. It will review the previous day's business with 12 demos, 8 ups, and 4 cars sold. The meeting will then discuss today's appointments, business, and customer satisfaction. It will provide factory news, trades, new products and review commission vouchers. Sales training will include a roleplay on the service experience and reasons for buying from their dealership. Managers must review the previous month's report card with their team by the end of the day. The February training matrix will also be discussed with an open discussion period at the end. The goal is to sell cars, have fun and make money.
