This document provides instructions for four different meditation techniques: 1. Focuses on observing one's thoughts without judgment and being present through focusing on breathing and senses. Enlightenment can take 60 years of practice but can happen at any time. 2. Involves visualizing a bright light entering the top of the head and tree roots growing from the legs into the ground to achieve a relaxed state. 3. Is a cleansing meditation where negativity is sent into a candle flame through focused observation of the flame for 5 minutes. 4. Guides visualizing memories from the present back through one's life and potentially a last moment from a past life, to explore past experiences.
