This document summarizes measles and rubella surveillance data from multiple countries between January and April 2014. It includes the total suspected and laboratory confirmed cases of measles and rubella, the number of specimens tested, and epidemiological indicators for each country. Several countries met the targets of testing at least 80% of suspected cases and reporting results within 4 days for over 80% of specimens. The highest measles incidence per million was reported in Yemen and Somalia.
