An emergency response mobile app is proposed that provides lessons and instructions for common emergency scenarios through both text and video. The app allows users to progress through lessons on topics like basic first aid, CPR, and the Heimlich maneuver. Progress bars track a user's completion of chapters and lessons. The app is intended to educate people like college students and others who may not know what to do in emergency situations involving choking, drowning, or other medical crises. Scenarios presented in the document describe how the app could guide users to respond appropriately when emergencies arise.

• Opens to chapter 1-7
• Finds drowning instructions.
• Scrolls through to see video because she does not have her reading
glasses.

5. Scenario 2
• Kevin, 25, college graduate downloads and launches the
app.
• He goes through the first few lessons.
• Few days later he sees man choking.
• He remembers the instructions for the Heimlich
Maneuver from lesson 1: chapter 1.
• He quickly rushes over and administer the maneuver.

• Opens to a screen with buttons and a progress bar(at the
