Steven McCloy worked closely with Jason LaRose from 2006 to 2011 at Crest Urgent Care, where LaRose served as a care provider, veterinary technician, and medical assistant. McCloy relied on LaRose's skills with computer systems and their local network. LaRose was also a strong trainer who oriented McCloy to the electronic medical record system. Although not under McCloy's direct authority, McCloy was aware of the high level of responsibility entrusted to LaRose by the owner, which LaRose carried out well to the satisfaction of staff and physicians. McCloy would offer LaRose a position if one were available and recommends him.
