 Presently I am working as trainee executive Pilot plant/Technology Transfer from
July-2015 at PI Industries Ltd.; Udaipur, Rajasthan.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 To take R&D demo of new products.
 To scale up procedure at pilot plant.
 To ensure smooth running of the plant, coordinate effectively with maintenance
department for any break down, utility services etc.
 Trouble shooting of the existing products and processes.
 Execution of production plans with optimum plant performance with respect to
production and quality.
 Maintain record of balance calibration, material movement, solvent movement,
differential pressure, house-keeping, equipment logbook, time-cycle book etc.
 Critical parameters study of new products and existing products. To ensure proper
control and supervision.
