3. Hypnosis Examined Thurs., Jan. 27, 7:00 – 8:45 pm Judith Zaccaria shares her expertise as a certified hypnotist. Benefits and efficacy explained and demonstrated. Open to Adults ~ Registration Suggested

4. Eat, Drink, Think: Flow Wed. Feb. 2, 7:00 - 9:00 pm A documentary film series dealing with food, water, and plastics & our well-being. Attend one or all seminars. Open to Adults ~ Registration Requested

5. Camera Clinic Thurs. Feb. 3, 7:00 – 7:30 pm 30 minute session with a professional photographer. Bring your camera and questions. Open to Adults ~ Registration Required

6. Yoga for Life Sat. Feb. 5, 10 am Wear loose, comfortable clothing & bring a mat or towel. No food 3 hours before class. Meditation Sat. Feb. 5, 11:30 am 11:30-12 noon: Orientation12 noon-1:30 pm: Practice & explore meditation. Older Teens & Adults ~ Registration Required
