Meade County Public Library Programs for September 2010

  1. 2. Join us for stories, rhymes, music, sign language, a craft, and other kindergarten readiness activities. Story Hour Mondays & Tuesdays • 10:30-11:30AM • Ages 3-6 Meade County Public Library Annex Visit or call 422-2094 for more information.
  2. 3. Totally Nonstop Toddler Time Tuesdays • 9:30-10:00AM • Ages Birth- 3 Years Meade County Public Library Annex Sing songs, make music, and shake out wiggles at this energetic storytime! This is a perfect way to introduce your child to the library, help them socialize, and learn important early literacy skills.

  6. 7. Beginning Yoga Wednesdays • 5:00 PM Begins Wednesday, August 4th Meade County Public Library Annex This class is a perfect introduction to the many physical and mental benefits of yoga. Please sign up for this class at the front desk.

This group will meet weekly to discuss Cheryl Richardson's book, Life Makeover . Pick up your copy at the front desk.

  11. 12. CPR Certification <ul><li>Thursday, September 16th • 5:00-7:00PM • MCPL Annex </li></ul>Participants will receive a two year certification in adult, child and infant CPR. The class is offered at the discounted price of $25. Participants must check out the American Heart Association CPR book at the front desk. The class is limited to 10 participants so sign up today
