  2. 2. One-on-One Computer Basics<br />Wednesdays, 6:30 pm<br />Open to adults. <br />Registration required.<br /> One hour session of computer instruction tailored to fit your needs. May include search strategies, word processing, and e-mail.<br />
  3. 3. Eat, Drink, Think: Food, Inc.<br />Tues, Jan. 11, 7-9 pm<br /> A documentary series dealing with food, water, & plastics and our well-being. Attend one or all seminars.<br />Open to adults ~ Registration requested<br />
  4. 4. Yoga for Life<br />Sat. Jan. 15, 10am<br />Wear loose, comfortable clothing & bring a mat or towel. No food 3 hours before class.<br />Meditation<br />Sat.
