Pit fun at CLA!
Brand New! Drop-in Program
The CLA Kid’s PlayZone will be available starting Monday, May 2nd! Our new
drop-in program is great for those parents who need a safe, fun, energetic environ-
ment to keep your kids active while you run errands or just relax. We have Track
Out Camps for year around school kids and after school programs for those who
need homework help and physical activities. Certified CPR and First Aid staff will
keep your kids up and moving with tumbling, dancing, and free play. We are ready
and excited for your student-athlete drop-in!
PlayZone Hours:
Monday—Friday: 8:00am –6:00pm. Friday Night after 6:00pm available with reser-
vation only
Programs:

 Track Out Camps
 After School Program
Track Out Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm for a full day and 8:00am to 12:00 noon or
1:00pm to 5:00pm for a half day.
After School hours are from 3:00pm to 5:00pm

Carolina Legacy All-stars May 2016
Cheer and Dance Try-outs
Are you interested in cheerleading or dance? Here at CLA, beginner to advanced,
we have a place for your athlete! Our new cheer and dance season starts at the
beginning of May. We will have try-out clinics starting Monday, May 2nd through
Friday, May 6th; then the try-out day will be held on Saturday, May 7th.

Try-out Clinic Dates and Times
Monday, May 2nd: OPEN Tumble —
Levels 1-2 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm levels 3-5 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Tuesday, May 3rd: CHEER —
Ages 12 years and over from 5:00pm to 7:00pm
Wednesday, May 4th: CHEER —
Ages 11 years and under from 5:00pm to 7:00pm
Thursday, May 5th: HIP-HOP —
All ages from 5:00pm to 7:00pm
Friday, May 6th: CHEER and HIP-HOP
All ages review from 5:00pm to 7:00pm
Try-out / Evaluation Day
SATURDAY, MAY 7th
9:00am—11:00am CHEER 11 years and under
11:30am—1:30pm CHEER 12 years and older
2:00pm—3:00pm HIP-HOP all ages

Carolina Legacy Cheer and Dance

Our classes are geared to help all
athletes achieve their desired skills
in an fun and same environment.
CLA offers a diverse set of classes
to help your athlete improve and
achieve success in all aspects of
cheerleading and hip-hop dance.
The types of classes offered are
tumble levels 1-5, stunt and flight,
stretch, jumps, hip--hop, cheer
prep, tiny cheer, preschool gym-
nastics, and many more.

Summer Camp at CLA
Summer Camps
Our summer camps are designed to help athletes develop new skills while refining
their current ones to get you to the next level. With 3-hours of intense training each
day of the camp week, are camps are focused to develop your tumbling, cheer,
jumps, and stunting skills.
CLA offers Tumble camps and Cheer camps. Tumble camps involve learning the
proper tumbling technique to help athletes advance their skills in a safe and correct
way. Athletes will learn various drills, exercises, and conditioning to help advance
their skills. Cheer camps are geared toward athletes who want to improve on and
learn all aspects of cheerleading skills; including jumps, tumbling, motions, and
stunting.

About Carolina Legacy
Established in 2008, Carolina Legacy Cheer & Dance, Inc. has set
out to help cultivate the student-athlete as a whole; develop their heart,
body, and mind; while having fun in an encouraging, safe, and ener-
getic environment.
We strive to teach sound cheerleading, tumbling, stunting, and hip-hop
dance skills; keeping each athlete motivated while holding them ac-
countable to reach their optimal potential, individually and as a team.
As the legacy continues into our 9th year, the entire coaching staff and
faculty consider it our privilege to play a role in not only developing
college bound student-athletes, but also fostering attributes of good
sportsmanship, compassionate leadership, and responsible citizen-
ship.
Our faculty has the expertise, experience, and enthusiasm to foster a
winning spirit, develop a winning program, and build a winning tradi-
tion.
Led by our talented staff; classes, clinics, and camps are conducted in
our 13,000 sq. ft. world-class facility with 2 spring floors, TUMBL
TRAK, and a matted floor with appropriate equipment.
