1. MASTER FRANCHISE PROPOSAL FOR GO! The Franchise Store:
Basic Proposal for MF – GO! The Franchise Store
The Master Franchise option for Go! The Franchise Store can be procured by paying a Master
Franchise Fee of INR 50,00,000/- + Taxes (Rupees Fifty Lakhs plus Taxes only)
The MF will be eligible to get a 75:25 share in Unit Franchise Fees.
The Unit Franchise performance will also fetch an additional 5% of the Revenue stream.
The Master Franchise is given for a period of 10 Years
Criteria for MF:
a) Should be passionate about the business, process & result oriented along with being disciplined
to follow company's guidelines.
b) Should have good contact base in the market and should be ready to select various locations
across the territory.
c) Should have a representative office (min 500 Sqft carpet area) for administrative purpose as
well as the Unit franchise recruitment.
d) The MF will also be partially responsible for maintaining the effective channel communication
within the network of the MF territory.
e) The Master Franchisee of Go! The Franchise Store shall be getting the outlets/units across the
territory defined in the following break up:
• Category A (Tier I & Metros) – 10
• Category B (Tier II & State Capitals) – 25
• Category C (Tier III & Suburbs of Metro / Tier I) – 20

f) The above territories can be across India; the territory and the operational assistance shall be
provided from the Head Office and Regional office network across the country.
g) The UF shall be provided for a period of 5 years and the MF will also be eligible to get a 50% of
the renewal fees.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
75% of Franchise Fee: The MF gets to retain 75% of the Franchise Fees collected from the Unit
Franchisees.
On renewal of the UF, the MF can retain 50% of the Unit Franchise Fee.
MF Gets a 5% share of the revenue generated through the on going business of every unit
Franchisee recruited.
