The 1500 square foot facility has 20 ESD-compliant workstations and can currently repair 8,000 phones per month working one shift. Security measures like CCTV and hiring a security company help prevent material theft. The company aims to expand capacity and improve quality through technical training and a potential second shift that could double monthly repairs to 16,000 phones.
