This document provides an update on the author's Sims 3 gameplay. It summarizes that all the kids have grown up and are engaged, and an heir poll is being conducted to determine which child will remain in the household. The document then shares various interactions between the children and their spouses, including Orchid hitting it off with Waylon and becoming his girlfriend. It concludes by saying the heir poll will determine the next chapter.

2. Now that I’ve played far enough ahead to run an heir poll, I guess it’s time to get the
actual chapters out. All of the kids are now grown and engaged to their chosen spouses
and I’m just waiting for the heir poll to tell me which one will be staying and which
ones will be going, after I marry them and buy the spares houses. So far Moonlight
Falls is running well, no error trap glitches, no Overwatch mail box errors, not too
much lag but the multiplying vehicles is slightly concerning…first Overwatch removes
three vehicles, then all of a sudden there’s 57 of them that are being removed. I dunno,
it happens a lot in every file. Anyway, on to the chapter.

3. Ooh, shiny lights…who is going to go out and investigate it?

4. Brianna: This can’t be good, what is it? I never saw anything like this in Isla
Paradiso…
Probably should head back inside now…

5. Stupid walls down pic…I mean I uh, told you so.
Sage: The young one is going on trip, I’m out of here.
Brianna: I changed my mind! I don’t care about the shiny lights! Help!

6. If I was doing the Seasons mini challenge this would be good, if Brianna was the heir.
Alien abductions happen so infrequently in Sims 3 that I don’t see how I’d get this to
happen to my heirs every generation. Unless there’s a mod for more frequent
abductions somewhere that I don’t have. Speaking of mini challenges…

7. March of the Flamingoes OWBC Mini Challenges:
I’ll be attempting this before the end so let’s see how many I get.
World Adventures
• Must go to a vacation world and get a full visa
• Buy a cobra taming basket
• Get a mummy in three generations (not three mummies, one for every gen)
Supernatural
• One generation needs to have a witch, vampire, and a werewolf in it (which is why vampire is on the
poll choices and I just like mermaids)
• Must build a Secret Place with the bookcase
• Keep Bonehilda for the whole challenge
Naming Scheme (B, O,O) (L,P,R) (O,P,N)
Boolprop Clubhouse (Sims 3 must have all the llama décor you can find which really only comes with
University Life and there’s only like two llama themed décor items, so don’t expect it to be too interesting
in that respect)
Golden Trio
• Max three toddler skills
• Have three best friends
• Earn $3000
• Get on honour roll, and max teen job
Family Scrapbook, founder and heirs must write a novel, everyone in the house must have a picture
Monster Mash, make a hybrid which is easiest with a ghost spouse in Sims 3 without heavy glitching or
modding to make a hybrid of three life states

8. Orlando wanted to play tug of war with Mochi so he decided to do that when everyone
is trying to watch TV. But it’s cute, Orlando can lift this tiny pupper right off his feets
if he wanted to. Yes, I meant feets spell check, don’t red line me.

9. Speaking of the little pupper, while Chance and Lilah took that Generations “Hey you
have teens now, free vacay” thing on Spooky Day, Mochi was scheduled to have his
birthday that day, as was Orchid. Let’s see if Mochi still looks the same or he changes.

10. Sage: I interrupted a nice route failing session to mew at the Stalker-Ratzi for
this slobber fest’s birthday? I’m too proud for this.
(Tis true, Sage is a Lazy and Proud kitty he gained the Hunter trait later)

11. Orchid: We’re birthday buddies! Yay!
Ophelia: I stopped dancing with Jayson for this.
Sage: *all about me*

12. Orlando: A fine attack dog he will be…*evil laugh*
Faith: Yay, happy birthday pupper who hates me because I’m a witch. *toot*
Have I left you hanging long enough yet?

13. And Mochi looks the same.  Still cute though. But now he can dig up those mounds of dirt I see
everywhere that bug me because I can’t delete them…good way to find treasures though, rare
gems and metals and stuff.
Brianna: Why is everyone gathered here? Oh. Happy birthday Mochi!

14. Orchid: I decided to age up out here because…reasons. Also I wanted to kick the
flamingoes down but the fence is in the way.
Orlando: I thought I was the only one who wanted to kick those flamingoes down.

15. Leave my flamingoes alone you monsters! Oh and hai zombie Becky Younan.
Orchid: Who invited the rotting corpse?
Faith: Not me. I can’t cure her because I know no magics.

16. Zombie Becky: Must kick flamingoes…urrggh, locked gate!
Orchid: Well that was fun, now I can find my own boyfriend.
Orlando: Who cut off all your hair baby sis?

17. It’s a kids and pet family party now, all of them are watching TV after Brianna’s
Spooky Day party, it was a modest success though. I really don’t know how to make
good parties in Sims 3 so I rarely do them.

18. What a nice picture, no thought bubbles, no person-person plus signs, occasionally I
get good pictures like this. ^_^

19. Brianna was visiting with the Wolff family and she came downstairs to see Waylon.
She was friends with him first before Orchid grew up so that was a good way to
introduce them. So I had Orchid come over to meet Waylon just to see if they would
hit it off…

20. Brianna: Slow it down little sister…
Orchid: We’re friends now, I like you.
Waylon: Miss Buckner, I don’t think that’s appropriate…

21. Take two: More interactions and apologies.
Orchid: I’m sorry I’m awkward, have a bouquet of red roses?
Waylon: Okay.
Waylon’s dad, checking on his son and the girl in the basement. Forget his name.

22. First kiss win, now let the poor boy go get some food Orchid! You do not want to be on the wrong
end of a starving werewolf…
Orchid: *internal squee*
Waylon: *is too Proper to shoo away a lady*

23. Orchid: Boyfriend?
Waylon: I suppose, but Emilie Van Gould will hate you.
Orchid: Boyfriend!
She totally didn’t hear that last part did she?

24. But to end off this chapter, Brianna is finally reaching the heir poll point. Ophelia
dropped the laundry for this and while that grates on me, can’t do anything about it
right now.

25. Brianna’s fifth trait is Party Animal and she wants to be an International Super
Spy. I guess having a Master Thief father has put her firmly on the other side of the
fence. I will be floored if she actually arrests her father, or Ophelia as you will see later
for being criminals…

26. Ophelia and Orlando are up next, Ophelia’s fifth trait is Mooch and she wants to be
a Master Thief. I guess she wants to take over for Chance when he retires. I wonder
if the sisters will cross paths being opposite sides of the fence.

27. Orlando grew up in this outfit, I just made the scarf red. His fifth trait is Hates the
Outdoors and he wants to be a Rock Star. Not the Emperor of Evil?
Orlando: Too cliché, I’ll take over the world by being an awesome hard core
rock star instead, but with a Disco flare because Disco is awesome.

28. And finally, Orchid ages up. She was six days behind the other three and this took forever. Her
fifth trait is Loves the Heat and she wants to be a High Tech Collector. Since her mom is a
time traveler the 10 in Advanced Technology is easy and since they have over two million left from
the house improvements, buying the future things is easy. She’ll be done with her LTW in a blink
of an eye.

29. And finally, after makeovers, their
spouses are all set. Once the heir is
decided I’ll move in the spares and
their spouses, marry them with the
spouse’s last names, and get them
their own houses and let SP take over
for them.

30. Orlando couldn’t wait until I
changed Faith out of her work
uniform for the proposal shot, and
Orchid aged up in Waylon’s house
on Snowflake Day. I have to end
this chapter now and wait for the
heir poll to run its course but there
will be another one soon because
stuff of great importance happens.
