The clan meeting notes covered several topics:
Clan war rules require members to be in voice chat and only leaders can speak to the other clan to remain professional. Members must also report any hacking to the game developers.
Forum activity is expected from members, who will be removed if inactive for over a week without replying to a warning.
A strict no hacking policy was discussed, and members should check before using anything that could be considered hacking. They were also reminded to inform leaders before reformatting computers.
The status of Combat Arms and Project Blackout was reviewed, including leveling up in Blackout but continuing to improve. An open discussion period followed for any other problems, ideas or thoughts
3. Clan War Rules Under no circumstances is a member to go into a clan war without a leader, admin or senior member present. Our admins / seniors have and use a database and a blacklist which only they have access to. While in a clan war it is required that every member playing in the war be signed on to our voice server. The only person that should speak to the other clan is the leader, admin, or senior member running the room. It is important that there is no name calling and we remain professional at all times. If we go into a war and the other team is hacking then it is the responsibility of every member in that war to collect evidence to forward to Nexon or SG Interactive. The clan will also be reported to Community Ban List if on Combat Arms. Small idle chat with the other team is permitted but flooding of the chat server is not.
4. The Forum As a clan member of one of these clans you are expected to remain active in game, in teamspeakand on our forums. If you’re not seen for a week or two you will be sent a warning email that your activity is in question. If no reply is received then you will be removed from the clan.
5. Strict No Hack Policy Be careful what you use in a game as it could possibly be considered a hack to us. We do not violate the TOS of any game when possible When in doubt, ask! Reformatting soon? Let Chewy know before you do.
