the job. We didn’t get a chance to complaint about the renters as the
property was well maintained and amount was also deposited in our
account on regular basis.
My parents, though not satisfied in the beginning, were very pleased with
this decision of ours as their worry of the property being negative gearing
one and being ruined was solved and they felt relaxed.
