Sa kabilang buhay, ang lahat ng kaluluwa ay kailangang maghintay ng ilang araw bago sentensyahan ng Diyos
patungong langit ba o impyerno. Ang lahat ng kaluluwang hindi pa nasistensiyahan ay nakatigil sa isang lugar na parang isang
mall. Opo, may mall sa langit. Upang hindi mainip ang mga kaluluwa ay bibigyan sila ng pagkakataong mag-malling. Bago
pumasok sa mall ay binigyan ng kanya-kanyang ATM ang mga kaluluwa, iyon daw ang ipambayad nila sa mga bagay na gusto
nilang bilhin o kainin sa department store at restaurant. Napaismid si Don Franco. Sa loob-loob niya marami siyang dalang cash
noh? No need to use ATM. Magkaganoon pa may tinaggap pa rin niya ang ATM na inabot ng anghel.
Uhaw na uhaw si Don Franco at gutom na gutom kaya mineral water at sandwhich kaagad ang dinampot niya sa
grocery. Nang ibabayad niya ang kanyang pera ay tinanggihan ito ng kaherang anghel. ATM lang ang pwedeng ibayad. Kaya
inabot ng Don ang kanyang ATM. Isinaksak ng anghel ang ATM sa card machine.
“Sorry po, walang nakadeposito sa inyong ATM,” sabi ng anghel.
“Ha? Marami akong naiwang pera sa bangko nang nabubuhay pa ako! Nakikita mo itong isang bag na ito? Puno ito
ng pera. Saan ba ang bangko rito at idedeposito ko ito para magkalaman itong ATM ko?”
“Hindi po pera ang nakadeposito sa ATM ninyo. Ang nakadepositong nakalagay sa ATM na ibinigay sa inyo kanina ay
ang mga naipong kabutihan na nagawa ninyo sa kapwa o material na bagay na naibigay ninyo sa ibang tao noong nabubuhay
pa kayo.”
Walang nagawa si Don Franco kundi isauli ang tubig at sandwhich. Ngayon alam na niya kung paano ang muhaw at
magutom kagaya ng mga taong humingi sa kanya ng tulong ngunit hindi niya tinapunan ng awa.
