Key Responsibilities -
Study of P&ID diagram, PLC hardware selection as per requirement of clients.
Application development using Rockwell SCADA, HMI on the basis of P & I diagram.
PLC panel testing for proper functionality which includes PLC Firmware updating, I/O testing as per drawing,
component checking as per BOM, Prepare panel testing report & ensuring specification requirements.
Establishing the communication between AB hardware and non AB hardware. Performing Panel inspection & FAT
with end user customer.
PLC Programming and validating its functionality with reference to PFS/FDS & maintaining standard, requirements of
End user customer.
Commissioning of system involves IO testing with online field instruments, valves, motors, VFD etc.
Demonstrating the process operation to operator/ customer on site and maintenance of it, creating awareness among
the customer regarding maintenance & safety precaution about system.
Troubleshooting the automation & instrumentation related problem on site.
Telephonic / Remote support to customer for any problem.
Checking instrument mounting according to P & ID on Skit such as Sterilizer, Pasteurizer, Cleaning In Place(CIP),
Hot Fill Pasteurizer(HFP).
Did commissioning in shifts and worked closely with operations. Understanding operations requirement and convince
them to do software modification in safe manner without affecting production.
Develop sequences and test at vendor locations like Tetra Pak.
