Magnesium: How do humans ingest it?
• Humans ingest
  magnesium by eating
  magnesium rich foods.
• Magnesium rich foods
  ♣: Black
  beans, broccoli, halibu
  t, peanuts, okra, oysters
  , etc.
• Depending on serving
  size, is when you know
  you’ve had
  magnesium.
• Ex.: 1 oz of pumpkin
  seeds = 142 seeds
  gives you 151 mg of
  magnesium
• Most humans ingest
  humans by drinking
  wine.
• Fluorine is in MOST
  alcoholic beverages
  (scotch, brandy,
  whisky, tequila, etc.)
• Ex.: 1 shot of tequila is
  20 mg of magnesium.
• Fluorine and fluoride
  are NOT the same
  thing.
Magnesium: How does this element
benefit humans when they ingest it?
• It is used as a
  laxative for
  constipation and
  preparation of the
  bowel for surgical
  procedures.
• If you are about to
  have liposuction
  done, the surgeons
  will give you a liquid
  called Magnesium
  Citrate FILLED with
  magnesium to
  make you poop…
Fluorine: How does this element benefit
       humans when they ingest it?

• There are no benefits from consuming
fluorine, because fluorine is bad for
  you.
Magnesium: What happens to humans when
they do not ingest a sufficient amounts of that
                      element ?
• The most likely thing
  that will happen to you
  is that you will get
  Magnesium deficiency.
• Magnesium is
  supposed to keep your
  bones strong.
• When you get
  Magnesium deficiency
  you will get dizzy, vomit
a lot, and will be VERY
  weak.
Fluorine: What happens to humans when they do
not ingest sufficient amounts of that element?
• Fluorine is very bad for
     ANYONE.
• Although Fluorine is NOT
     the same as Fluoride they
     are very similar.
• Fluoride is in
     toothpaste, and if you
     swallow your toothpaste
you will get a lot of
     stomach aches.
• But when you take TOO
     much of fluoride or
     fluorine, it will make a
     great impact on you
     brain. The intellectuality of
your brain will begin to die
down and in all your brain
just not work how it used
     to.
How do these elements interact with
each other in our bodies? If at all
• They do not interact in our bodies, but
when they bond together they form
  an ionic bond.
