Liquid nitrogen was supplied through a nozzle directed at the tool-workpiece interface. Experiments were conducted using uncoated tungsten carbide tools under varying cutting speeds, feeds, depths of cut, and cryogenic conditions. Results showed that supplying liquid nitrogen reduced average surface roughness by over 30% and doubled tool life compared to dry turning. The nitrogen also lowered the cutting temperature and led to the formation of elongated chips. Therefore, the use of liquid nitrogen during turning enhanced machining performance for Al 7075.

He has experience with engineering software like Autodesk and process simulation programs. This thesis examines the structural strength and durability of high performance concrete that uses waste and pozzolanic materials as supplementary cementitious materials. Over 7,500 concrete specimens with different mix proportions were tested. The research focuses on developing empirical correlations to estimate 28- and 56-day compressive, flexural, and split tensile strengths for various water-binder ratios in binary and ternary mixes. Laboratory tests were conducted on mixes using materials from Gujarat, India, covering compressive strength, rapid chloride permeability, sorptivity, chloride resistance, corrosion, and sea water exposure. The study identifies the influence of materials like Alccofine, fly ash, and rice husk ash on high performance concrete strengths
