Sangha Retreat is a learning and wellness
community created by Octave, founded by
two brothers on the conviction that within us
all exists the power for change, growth and

At One Wellness Hotel is best experienced with
one of our signature Wellness Packages for
total rejuvenation. Lasting between 3 and 21
days, a Wellness Package with At One is a
complete, customizable journey toward a new
dimension of personal wellbeing.
Wellness packages include expert consultations
and heath assessments, enabling our therapists
and practitioners to craft bespoke wellness
program for each guest.
Our Austrian FX Mayr Purification program is
designed to purge the body of accumulated
heavy metals and other pollutants, while our
signature fasting program increases total heath
and body toning. A healthy mind is our priority,
too; our innovative mind-boosting programs
include meditation sessions in a flotation pool.

Personal itineraries can be enriched with nutritional plans, detoxification
programs and exercise classes, as well as meditation sessions by an
American mindfulness expert, mind-body awareness classes, or any
