This document discusses unconditional love, even for enemies, as taught by God. It notes two Bible passages (Proverbs 25:21 and Romans 12:20) that instruct feeding and giving drink to an enemy when they are hungry or thirsty. Doing so heaps "burning coals on their head," meaning it burns away evil, starting with their conscience. However, many Jews and Christians have slaughtered enemies instead of showing love, being disobedient to God's word by practicing "conditional obedience" according to their desires rather than pure devotion to God. True love is beyond human relationships and must be for God above all else.
