>>Candidate calibre
We meet all candidates before they are sent to interviews and we invite them to be registered by appointment only. 70% of
our candidates are sourced through referrals, so we know we are getting the best.
>>Telephone pre-screening
Once we have identified potential employees we conduct a telephone interview to gauge suitability. Providing they have
satisfied our initial standards they are invited in for face-to-face interviewing and skills testing.
>>Skills testing on Skills Arena
Access to all Microsoft packages varying levels, typing (audio & copy), spelling, numeracy, data entry and more.
>>Candidates complete a full registration on our bespoke in-house system
Includes details of education, work history, skills, reference details, bank details and essential personal information such as
nationality and visa requirements.
>>Competency based interview in private interview suites
Full 30 - 45-minute competency interview in private interview suites.
>>Qualifications
On request, we can provide confirmation to source the highest claimed academic qualification(s), obtained at tertiary level
within the preceding six years (For example, where a candidate claims BA, PgD and MSc level qualification, only the MSc
qualification would require to be verified to source).  Degrees, or other tertiary level, academic qualifications awarded out of the
preceding six-year time limit should be verified by certificate only.
>>Registration and I.D./Visa checks
Visa checking with on-line links to the Home Office, to ensure all our candidates have the legal right to work in the UK.
>>Reference checked
All temporary staff are referenced - the past two years of employment history or longer depending on the Clients needs. 
Where required, to cover any other potential referencing issue or shortfall, availability of satisfactory personal references from
professional persons.
>>Additional checks
Additional security checks where appropriate.  For example, for FSA approved persons.  Also basic level criminal record checks
(where permitted by relevant legislation).

PwC
‘Volume secretarial staff’
The group is an international professional services firm.
They utilise Ranstad as their on-site recruiter. 
PwC asked us to manage a project to recruit volume secretarial staff which could not be fulfilled by their on-site recruiters,
Ranstad 
Love Success supplied a volume campaign from London and fulfilled all their needs.  Love Success held open days on site and at
a local hotel after up-scaling our in-house resource team who managed the on-line advertising campaign.  Open evenings and a
Saturday recruitment day were arranged to attract employed applicants who were unable to interview within the working week.
Love Success have now been approached to handle another project which is up-scaling their PA network in their London office.
Accenture
‘High Volume HR, Marketing and Compliance contractors’
Accenture is a multinational management consultancy,
technology services and outsourcing company employing
231,000 employees in 56 countries.
The directors of Love Success have supplied volume
recruitment for over 17 years to Accenture. Love Success
have worked with Accenture to source suitable candidates
across Marketing, HR and Workplace vacancies within
their Enterprise workforce. Love Success provided
assistance for a number of campaigns, however, one that is
key was the recruitment of over 50 professional compliance
personnel needed within a two week period. The interview
to offer ratio averaged 98%, which was an incredible
achievement and resulted in recognition from senior
management to Andreea Grice, the Service Delivery Lead
and Accenture Recruitment Manager and Love Success.
We have worked in conjunction with Accenture on their
new projects, working continuously across the UK. This has
resulted in being appointed 1st tier supplier for all their
Marketing and HR professionals across the business. 
Deloitte
‘'The Love Success Directors and employees have supplied Deloitte a recruitment
service for over 15 years forging a strong working partnership through two
companies’
 
Love Success has worked directly with HR professionals within Deloitte, their
Shared Service Centre team and through their onsite recruiters Alexander
Mann.  We have adapted our business services through the years to the needs
of Deloitte whether it be supplying on a volume, contingent or executive search
basis.  The areas supplied cover their London and Milton Keynes centres.
 
Our most recent successful project was to fulfil volume HR Assistants, permanent
and fixed term contracts within their Milton Keynes office.  The Shared Service
centre were seeking to hire volume HR Assistants through their on-site recruiters,
Alexander Mann and six various recruitment agencies, both locally in Milton
Keynes and London.  The project failed after 4 volume assessment days.  Love
Success was asked to carry out a feasibility study on why it failed.  This was
conducted by Julia Vassie, Managing Director of Love Success which included an
in-depth review of the job boards utilised, coupled with the pre-screening process
through to the assessment days being analysed by conducting feedback through
the applicants who attended the previous assessment days.  This coupled with a
detailed demographic analysis was presented to the Head of Shared Services. 
Love Success was awarded this project on an exclusive basis and recruited
successfully the volumes needed within three weeks, fully controlling the process
and participating in the assessment days.  This was managed from London with
regular onsite visits to Milton Keynes.
 
With the general day to day recruitment needs within Deloitte, we set up direct
links to our recruitment teams, supplied written bespoke Management User
Guides as well as conducting the induction process of all new staff.  All new
starters whether permanent, fixed term contract or temporary are fully inducted
before they commence with Deloitte. This has not only saved invaluable resource
time but has ensured that all staff are productive as soon as they start.

2015 - 2016 FINANCIALS
We are so excited to announce that we have increased turnover by 73% and our Q3 Gross Profit has grown by 70%
year on year from 2014! Our recruitment team has grown by a massive 40% and our back office staff a further 35%
throughout 2015!
Essentially, 2016 is shaping up to be our best year yet.  And even better for you, this stable growth facilitates direct
reinvest in our team, our systems, and our professional reach which means that we can provide you with even more
outstanding services!  The Co-founders of the business Julia Vassie and Jane Atherton are delighted with the expansion of
the business which matches their business model and closely follows their ten-year plan to date.

However, our hard work and commitment to our Clients never wavers and this year it shows even more prominently in
the feedback and figures we've received.  Our Client base has grown exponentially and we billed over 450 Clients
throughout 2015.  We are so proud.
ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS
We have an enviably high calibre of Candidates and there are a couple of core routes we take to attract as many as
possible.  The first is our massive investment in a diverse range of job boards, and the second is through direct referrals
from other Candidates. This year we are so pleased to say that our Candidate referrals have continued to increase and
are now at a record 70%. We couldn't be happier, and we think that says an awful lot. 
WE LOVE GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY
Philanthropy runs deep in our company ethos.  Our goal is to expand our support year on year for the charities that are
close to our hearts.  We see every event we host as an opportunity to raise awareness and funds for the charities we
support.  Our Employment Law Seminars are held biannually and all donation proceeds go directly to our nominated
