LOCTITE® SF 7063TM is a solvent-based cleaner for removing contaminants from surfaces to prepare them for bonding with LOCTITE® adhesives. It has a low viscosity and dries quickly. SF 7063TM cleans without affecting the curing or strength of LOCTITE® adhesives. Proper handling is required due to its flammable nature. Users should test compatibility with plastics before use and allow full drying to prevent solvent entrapment.
LOCTITE® SF 7039TM is a contact cleaner spray that is colorless and odorless. It contains hydrocarbons and alcohols and uses carbon dioxide as a propellant. It cleans electrical contacts without damaging existing coatings and leaves a water-repellent residue. It is intended to clean contacts exposed to moisture or contamination and works on surfaces from -30°C to 50°C. Directions for use involve shaking the can and spraying from 20-30cm onto the target area.
This technical data sheet provides information on LOCTITE® LB 8201TM, including that it is a universal penetrating liquid that frees, lubricates, cleans, and prevents corrosion on machinery. It can be used to free seized or corroded parts and provides light lubrication. The product is a yellow-brown liquid with properties such as a density of 0.808 to 0.828 g/ml and viscosity of 17.5 cSt at 50°C. Use and storage instructions are also provided.
LOCTITE® LB 8101TM is an adhesive grease used to lubricate open mechanical systems like chains, gears, screws and cables. It protects against water and wear while resisting high pressures and centrifugal forces. The grease is amber colored with an oily odor, and is sprayed from an aerosol can. It is designed to lubricate parts operating from -30°C to +170°C.
LOCTITE Black Maxx 300 is a one-component, RTV silicone gasket sealant. It has excellent resistance to automotive engine oils and high adhesion strength. It cures at room temperature within 40 minutes to form a flexible, thixotropic paste with a Shore A hardness of 30. The sealant has over 400% elongation and tensile strengths over 1.7 N/mm2 at cure and 0.6-1.0 N/mm2 at 100% elongation. It is packaged in 70ml tubes and has a shelf life of at least one year when stored between 8-21°C.
This technical data sheet provides information on LOCTITE® SF 7850TM, a natural hand cleaner containing d-limonene from oranges. It is an off-white, viscous lotion that cleans hands without water by dissolving dirt and grease. In addition to d-limonene, it contains aloe vera, lanolin, and jojoba oil for skin conditioning and extra fine abrasives that clean deep in the pores. The data sheet provides instructions for use and storage information.
LOCTITE® SF 7855TM is a heavy-duty hand cleaner formulated to remove difficult soils like paints and adhesives. It contains skin conditioning agents like aloe vera and vitamins to moisturize hands. The product has a citrus scent and fine abrasives that aid cleaning without affecting skin with frequent use. Directions instruct to dispense onto dry hands and rub until dirt dissolves, then wipe or rinse clean.
This technical data sheet provides information on LOCTITE SF 7840, a concentrated, biodegradable cleaner and degreaser. It is an aqueous-based product that contains no hazardous solvents. It can be diluted with water for cleaning a variety of surfaces and removing substances like grease, oils, food stains and more. Recommended dilution levels vary depending on the application and level of cleaning required, from 1:1 for heavy cleaning to 1:128 for light cleaning. Precautions are noted to avoid using on painted surfaces at low dilutions or where cleaner residues could affect curing of anaerobic products.
LOCTITE SF 7200 is an aerosol cleaner designed to aid in the removal of cured chemical gaskets. It works by softening gasket materials on flanges, eliminating excessive scraping. Once applied, it forms a foam layer preventing it from running off while working. It is suitable for removing gaskets from metal flanges, particularly aluminum, without damaging flange surfaces. Typical applications include removing all types of chemical gaskets from metal flanges.
LOCTITE® 5188TM is a one-part, acrylic-based anaerobic sealant that cures in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces. It is designed for sealing rigid metal flanged connections, especially those exposed to minor oil contamination. It cures quickly and develops handling strength within 30 minutes, with full strength achieved after 72 hours. The sealant remains flexible even after exposure to high temperatures and has good adhesion to metals like steel and aluminum. It can seal gaps up to 0.25mm and resist pressures immediately after application while uncured.
LOCTITE® 577TM is an acrylic anaerobic thread sealant that cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. It is designed for locking and sealing metal threaded pipes and fittings, especially suitable for stainless steel. The one-component thixotropic paste cures with minimal surface preparation needed and provides robust sealing performance from -10°C to 135°C, resisting shock, vibration and various contaminants.

that in practice the working life of chemical-resistant protective gloves may be considerably shorter than the permeation time
determined in accordance with EN 374 as a result of the many influencing factors (e.g. temperature). If signs of wear and tear are
noticed then the gloves should be replaced.
Eye protection:
Safety glasses with sideshields or chemical safety goggles should be worn if there is a risk of splashing.
Protective eye equipment should conform to EN166.
Skin protection:
Wear suitable protective clothing.
Protective clothing should conform to EN 14605 for liquid splashes or to EN 13982 for dusts.
Advices to personal protection equipment:
The information provided on personal protective equipment is for guidance purposes only. A full risk assessment should be
conducted prior to using this product to determine the appropriate personal protective equipment to suit local conditions.
Personal protective equipment should conform to the relevant EN standard.
