This document outlines the pre-implementation groundwork, launch day tasks and timeline, backout plan, open issues, and risks for an LMS upgrade project from version 6.8 to 6.9 SP1. It details the tasks, responsibilities, and status for all areas of the project. Key tasks include completing UAT, staging the software, capturing server snapshots, planning the database and server upgrades, testing the new version, and having backout procedures in place in case issues arise during the launch. Risks like staff changes, training materials not being ready on time, and unexpected design changes are also noted.

Continues Testing: We hear this quote frequently, in small and large companies around the world. My team and I have been a part of this evolution. I was asked to join an ambitious project at work. My task, was to build a team to be the first DevTest group in my organization.
The journey I will share with you is how to integrate the agile mindset into your non-agile team, focusing on methodologies, techniques, and technologies.
