Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier!
Executive Summary:
There is a very real concern for homeowners revolving around the safety and ease of
transporting heavy or bulky cargo up and down stairs/between differing floors of a housing unit,
and this need is incredibly underserved. Leisure Mover, Inc. is a company founded for the purpose
of addressing issues for homeowners like this using innovative and affordable products to vastly
improve consumers’ quality of life. Our goal is to not only make homeownership safer and better,
but to revolutionize it all together and establish ourselves as the newest name in innovative
solutions.
I. The Company
Problem Description
In the early days of Leisure Mover, Inc.’s conception, we set forth to find a common issue
around which we could develop a product to fill a relatively unaddressed market niche. After
consulting a number of friends and family, it was clear that one of the most prevalent problems for
homeowners was centered around the movement of freight among differing levels of elevation—
i.e. up and down stairs, elevated crawlspaces, and/or attics. Off the tops of our heads, neither we
(the founders) nor our surveyed “consumers” could immediately identify any products that
addressed such a need. Thus, the proverbial wheels began to turn.
When moving large, heavy, and impractical objects up or down stairs, a dangerous situation
is created where the individual risks potential injury and is almost sure to encounter a good deal
of frustration. Old-fashioned attic stairs have always posed a problem when it comes to loading
or unloading items from such a confined space. Furthermore, the convenience of being able to
easily transport objects between floors in a household would prove to be a fantastic development
in homeownership. Needless to say, there is both a demand and market niche that accompany the
issue we set out to solve.
Today, our world revolves around technology, and it seems that there is some type of
device or machine for virtually every consumer need or want under the sun. The evolution of the
transportation and communication industries has eliminated the lack of human connectivity and
rerouted history, while the floating beer koozie has filled a market niche with the very miniscule
market segment of waterborne beverage-drinkers. Whether it be a major day-to-day concern or a
very minute and rare issue, there seems to be a product to address nearly every consumer need that
could possibly be conceived. But then why are there so many homeowners who dread moving
cargo around their house with no apparent or easily identifiable product to relieve them of such a
burden? If only there were a company willing to provide this much-needed solution….

Company Profile
Leisure Mover, Inc. is a Pennsylvania-based firm founded in 2015 by James Essaf and Kurt
Mozzone before either founder even graduated college. We are responsible for the conception,
manufacturing, marketing, and selling of user-friendly moving convenience products like the
LiftQuik. Our devotion to providing consumers with groundbreaking and innovative products that
greatly reduce the stresses of home labor is unparalleled, and we are unequivocally committed to
establishing ourselves as leaders in the home improvement/household goods industry.
What separates Leisure Mover, Inc. from our competitors is the fact that we are not
simply a profit-oriented entity; our company values and business endeavors are centered on
catering to the real-world needs of consumers and not simply making money off of these issues.
Our true passion is to provide solutions to consumers in desperate need of safer and easier home
labor in the form of unique products crafted with the sole intent of reinventing how homeowners
maintain and improve their homes.
Our Mission
Leisure Mover, Inc. has set forth a mission that we are very passionate about: to generate
an array of superior quality products that provide customers with a vastly improved quality of life
by eliminating pressing issues of homeownership. There are many aspects of owning one’s own
home that can prove to be very taxing and difficult, both mentally and physically. Leisure Mover,
Inc. recognizes this reality and the concerns that arise from it, and we have made it our company
objective to be the difference-maker that these underserved consumers want and need.
Our Vision
While our mission is to provide consumers with a much-needed and highly effective set of
products to fit their aforementioned needs, we have a vision of someday being the premier name
in our industry, with a reputation of providing home goods that make heavy duty jobs safer and
easier. We are incredibly devoted to developing products that homeowners and other consumers
find to be home necessities, and our vision for the future is to achieve recognition and a reputation
for this goal that we are so very passionate about.

Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier!
Services
Leisure Move's services include a multitude of customer support services, repair,
refurbishing, promotional, and marketing services for products like the LiftQuik. We pride
ourselves on our competitive advantages of price and customer responsiveness: the simplistic yet
maximum-efficiency design of the LiftQuik allows us to make the most inexpensive and
comparatively effective product in the industry, but we also pride ourselves on being the most
capable company in the market in terms of accommodating customers with product customization.
With a product like the LiftQuik, there is often the need for alterations to be made:
dimensions of staircases and differing levels of elevation in homes typically vary from unit to unit,
and Leisure Mover, Inc. is happy to offer a comprehensive customization capability with its
LiftQuik product in order to cater to any and all consumer needs. In addition to the three different
models that Leisure Mover, Inc. will introduce upon the product launch, our customizable features
for the LiftQuik can be utilized either online through the Leisure Mover, Inc. website or by phone.
Options for such alterations include adding or removing particular lengths of piping for the guide
rails to accommodate different stairway/elevation dimensions, altered pulley system to increase
efficiency or cut down on materials cost, higher-grade materials for heavier duty use, and so on.
Competitive Advantage - LiftQuik
Leisure Mover, Inc. has identified a market with the LiftQuik where there is a relative
dearth of direct competitors, with most of the existing competing products being of a very different
type or design than our product. The most recognizable competing products are either awkward
and difficult to utilize and store, require an external power source and/or professional installation,
carry a borderline-outrageous price, or a contain a combination thereof. Compared to these
competitors, the LiftQuik carries a pair of specific competitive advantage points: price and
simplicity.
First and foremost, this product utilizes unique construction and engineering to maximize
mechanical efficiency. The LiftQuik is entirely kinetic in terms of mechanization and does not
utilize any electricity, as some much higher-priced competing products do. While it still employs
“human power,” the innovative design and carefully selected materials of this apparatus maximize
the efficiency of the work exerted by the user. This provides a far safer alternative to simply
hauling freight on one’s back or in their arms, but is also much easier to store and utilize as
compared to all somewhat comparable products on the market today.
In addition to being vastly advantageous from a user-friendly perspective, the LiftQuik’s
price also provides a remarkable advantage over competing products. We intend to introduce this
product to the market with a starting price of roughly $130, whereas the nearest product that is
even remotely comparable carries a price tag several times that amount. The materials, design,
and independence from installation or an outside power source allows the LiftQuik to be assembled
for a considerably low manufacturing cost per unit, meaning that its market-best price tag makes
it a go-to choice for consumers while still maintaining profitability. The strategic location of
Leisure Mover, Inc.’s manufacturing facility and distribution channels also contributes to a
minimized cost-per-goods-sold, providing further flexibility for its introductory market price.

II. The Industry
Industry Description:
Leisure Mover, Inc. aims to enter the market of innovative household products that vastly
improve consumers’ quality of living. This industry is dominated by hardware retailers such as
Lowe’s and Home Depot, who sell products aimed at improving household chores and projects for
homeowners. The LiftQuik is one such product which is targeted at the specific task of helping
consumers move heavy and/or bulky items and cargo between differing levels of elevation (i.e. up
and down stairs, into the attic or crawl spaces, high walls in garages and sheds, etc.) that we hope
makes a huge impact on consumers’ well being and safety. This is a very underserved and
emerging market niche, and Leisure Mover, Inc. is very confident that our products will have both
a significant initial impact as well as a long-term industry presence.
Industry Trends:
Alternative products of a similar nature or intended to serve a similar need have become
increasingly available in recent years, but all of them are either of an industrial make or are far
more complicated than the simple-yet-effective product that we have developed with the LiftQuik.
The nearest comparable product to the LiftQuik that is geared toward lifting cargo into an overhead
attic would be the SpaceLift, an electronic competitor with a higher weight threshold than our
product—but requires installation, an accompanying outside electronic power source, and must be
installed prior to use. Even in light of all of these disadvantages in contrast with the LiftQuik, the
SpaceLift also carries a price tag ten times larger than that of our product.
All other products researched in the industry thus far are of an industrial make and are
simply used in larger company warehouses to carry much larger loads in a different context. While
many devices exist to transport people up and down stairs who cannot do it on their own power
(i.e. wounded veterans, elderly folks, physically disabled individuals, etc.), there is an alarming
shortage of simple household products for a relatively low price that can easily transport items up
and downstairs and/or differing levels of elevation.
There are a few companies who have recently come to the forefront with products that are
specifically geared to carry items up stairs, but these products are still electronically powered and
cannot be utilized to move items down a flight of stairs in a similarly easy and safe manner. In
addition, the least expensive iteration of such a product still easily exceeds $2,000 and is therefore
a far less financially viable option than the LiftQuik. Furthermore, such competing/comparable
products all seem to be following the same mold, meaning that the opportunity for a cheaper and
safer alternative like the LiftQuik to have an impact in the market is very realistic.
P a g e | 7
Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier!
Strategic Opportunities:
Because the market is only populated with electronically controlled competitors’ products,
we still have a very viable and potentially successful market niche with consumers who want a
simple and user-friendly product that can be assembled, disassembled, used, and stored with
comparative ease. The scarcity of competitors combined with an increase in households with attics
or upper-level floors ensures that our product has both a viable and expanding target market
III. Target Market
Target Market:
The target market for the QuikLift is fairly large and can be expanded into multiple areas
depending upon future growth of the production line.
This market includes, but is not limited to:
● Homeowners with multiple stairs
● Warehouses
● Store backrooms
● Apartment complexes
● Construction crews
● Anyone with a flight of stairs
● Anyone who needs to move anything up an incline at any time
● Elderly
Future production lines with improved mobility and sustainable heavier weight distribution will
be able to accommodate, but not be limited to:
● Moving companies
● Landscaping companies
● Construction crews/Contractors
● Individuals moving items on 45-90 degree inclines
● Any company moving heavy items
The target market that Leisure Mover, Inc. has identified includes any homeowner with more than
one floor in their house or unit, generally aged 30 or older, and with an average annual income of
at least $30,000-$35,000. In order to garner a more visual perception of our targeted demographic
Figure 1 displays the numerical breakdown of each analytical control for the population of Berks
County, Pennsylvania. The red segment represents Leisure Mover, Inc.’s fully dissected target
market for the immediate servicing area upon startup.
P a g e | 8
Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier!
IV. Competition
Competitors:
Competition for the QuikLift is fairly small; although products for moving items up an
incline or ninety degree exist in industrial areas, their methods are not user friendly, or designed
for household use. Comparable products use a winch system and can cost upwards of a few
thousand dollars. Their usage is not intended for anywhere but in a warehouse environment and
movability or storage is extremely limited. All similar products are large and/or bulky in their own
right, cannot be easily stored or compacted to fit into small areas, and are ten-fold more expensive
than the LiftQuik.
The most prominent or industry-leading companies that manufacture potentially competing
products would include Hercules Complete Lifting Solutions and PowerMate StairClimbing
HandTrucks. Both companies are at the forefront of home lifting solutions, but both companies
are geared toward lifting or transporting heavier items, particularly appliances. The LiftQuik, on
the other hand, is meant for miscellaneous boxes and totes that may prove a bit too heavy or bulky
to safely move up and down steps by oneself. The average homeowner might need to transport
heavy appliances like washers, dryers, refrigerators, and hot water heaters once every two years at
most—making the aforementioned competitors’ products necessary on a rental basis at best. The
LiftQuik, in contrast, can conceivably be used once a week. This means that in terms of its specific
intended purpose, the LiftQuik has no directly paralleled competing products.
Strategic Position:
Leisure Movers plans to position itself in an area between both industrial and household
mechanics. In this area we will be able to provide both high quality to industrial corporations and
low-priced, manageable products to the household market.
P a g e | 9
Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier!
Risk Management:
Leisure Mover, Inc. and its many product lines including the LiftQuik will be facing similar
investment risks to any other prospective startup company, as well as something of an added risk
due to the objective of addressing potentially dangerous home chores and labors. Chief among
these risks include the following:
● Liability of injury
● Patent Pending
● Barriers to entry
● Insurance risks
However, with a combination of careful business planning/research and genuine passion for
catering to our consumers’ needs, Leisure Mover, Inc. has taken steps and implemented a startup
business model that at least heavily mitigates these potential risks. Barring any unforeseen
calamities, we are steadfast in our belief that Leisure Mover, Inc. is well-protected from the generic
risk factors that so often snuff out the flames of countless other prospective startups.
V. Sales and Marketing Strategy
Marketing Plan:
Like many other startup companies, to get the word out about our product is one of the first
steps toward cementing ourselves as an industry-leading household name.
To achieve such a goal, our marketing strategy will revolve around some of the following:
● Hold open demonstrations at hardware stores
● Offer services to local contractors and affiliated groups
● Word-of-mouth promotion
● Local radio and television broadcasting
● Hire agents to license our product to local stores and retailers
● Work with the local government to raise awareness for everyday safeties
Sales Strategy:
Our initial LiftQuik product will be priced in the comfortable range of $100 - $250
depending upon the model and carrying capacity. As previously mentioned, such a price for a
product that greatly aids in the transportation of troublesome home cargo is astoundingly appealing
when considering companies that aim to fill the same general need. With three different
specialized models of the LiftQuik, the financial appeal of such a product at one-tenth the cost of
anything that could even remotely be considered a competitor is sure to be a substantial draw. This
rationale is compounded by the fact that the urban geographical setting of Leisure Mover, Inc.’s
company facility (Reading, PA) is an historically poverty-stricken locale.
P a g e | 10
Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier!
Sales Channels
Leisure Mover, Inc. plans to sell our products both through our company website as well
as through industry-leading home goods/home improvement retailers like Home Depot, Lowes,
UPS, USPS, Fedex, Target, Walmart, and other Licensing and Royalty program accepting
supercenters. The former will be used for customer responsive orders—namely, customized orders
based on specific customer needs for altered version of the LiftQuik with features such as
lengthened or shortened guide rails, higher weight thresholds, special orders for more than one
product at a time, etc. The latter channels will be utilized for off-the-shelf sales on a general
retailing basis; consumers will be able to purchase the product in the very same department of their
favorite home goods or home improvement store where the LiftQuik will be advertised and
demonstrated.
VI. Operational Processes
Key Aspects of Operations :
After researching possible production facilities, we’ve settled on a 13,500 square foot 4-
story industrial warehouse in Reading, PA that is well-maintained but very barebones. We’ll need
to purchase and install all necessary equipment (which will include conveyor belts, workstations,
worktables, basic carpentry tools, etc.) Raw materials will be received at a 3-bay loading dock,
where they are unloaded and moved to a receiving floor and broken down for appropriate
distribution throughout the facility. We will have roughly 13 employees broken down into a
specific format as outlined in the following table:
Figure 2: Employment Breakdown
Employee Hours/Week Hourly Wage Weekly Earnings Monthly
Earnings
Office Associate 40 $12 $480 $1,920
Engineers 25 $18 $450 (x2) $3,600
Warehouse
Associates
20 $9 $180 (x8) $5,760
Supervisors 25 $20 $500 (x2) $4,000
The manufacturing process will be predicated on a hybrid assembly-line/group workstation format,
with the more complex inner pieces constructed first and then run through conveyor belts where
the rest of the mechanism is assembled and eventually packaged.
P a g e | 11
Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier!
Cost and Time Efficiencies:
The location we chose was strategic in addition to cost-efficient, as the Reading area still
has a functioning transportation infrastructure that proved to be a major national trade hub just a
few decades ago. The nearby railroad and major highway channels provide for a much more time-
and cost-effective logistical system, both in terms of raw material input and finished product
output. Our multi-floored and compartmentalized production facility also allows for
specialization, creating a streamlined production system that will further contribute to cutting
down on both time and cost of production and shipping.
Competitive Advantages:
Our production facility will be located in a very economically downtrodden region
desperate for any sort of business, so operating expenses will be comparatively low as opposed to
competitors. In addition, our location still holds geographical advantage in terms of some of the
raw materials we will need for production, and the aforementioned existing transportation
infrastructure will further contribute to cutting down our bottom line. Finally, our product requires
cheaper materials and assembly is far easier compared to competing products, making it capable
for us to capture a substantial portion of the market from a cost perspective.
VII. Technological Requirements
Software Needs:
Concerning software, necessary tools will obviously include the Microsoft Office suite of
tools, as well as the appropriate supportive software for teleconference purposes outlined in the
upcoming Telecommunication Needs section. A comprehensive and secure network will need to
be established in order to provide Leisure Mover, Inc. with the ability to perform all necessary
business operations adequately in terms of both speed and efficacy.
To accurately and effectively monitor all raw materials for production, a radio frequency
identification (RFID) inventory tracking system purchased from Intermec Technologies will also
need to be implemented. Each incoming delivery of materials will be prepackaged with an
accompanying barcode containing its exact information and count of the inventory materials,
which upon scanning with our in-house system will be immediately uploaded to the inventory
database from which all production will be carefully based around. When any resource or material
falls below a percentage threshold as a result of production or other inventory-depletion means
(damaged materials, etc.), an automatic economic-order quantity (EOQ) purchase order will be
submitted to the appropriate vendors through our system. Upon submitting such orders, a
notification text or e-mail will be forwarded first to the receiving/inventory manager and then to
all company officers. Approval is needed from both the receiving/inventory manager as well as
one company officer to finalize and send each purchase order.
P a g e | 12
Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier!
Hardware Needs:
As far as hardware is concerned, necessary equipment will include the appliances outlined
in the financial breakdown of production, as well as two personal computer terminals for company
officers and three for employee use throughout the assembly/receiving areas of the facility.
Security implementations will also be installed, including closed-circuit security systems
as well as necessary keycard/lock-access regions. Security clearances will be afforded to
appropriate personnel based on their level of authority in the corporation as well as the
responsibilities afforded to/expected of them. Company officers will, of course, be afforded full
and unconditional access to all areas of the facility. Other managers’ security clearances will vary
based on their respective departments and the responsibilities entrusted to them.
Telecommunication Needs:
To provide truly seamless and instant communication throughout the Leisure Mover, Inc.
facility, we have selected a comprehensive telecommunications array to streamline all possible
business applications. An intercom system and accompanying hardline phone system will be
installed in the facility to provide for clear communication throughout every region and all four
floors of the facility.
Additionally, the top floor of the Leisure Mover, Inc. facility (office/administrative
division) will be provided 3 HP ProJet all-in-one office systems, providing a range of necessary
functions including printing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, and other required office
capabilities. Personal phones will be provided for company officers in their offices, though all
phones throughout the facility will have the capability to call both within and outside of the facility.
To provide the capability of unparalleled simultaneous inter-business communication
among several different individuals or business entities, the startup facility for Leisure Mover, Inc.
will even be outfitted with a pair of teleconference-oriented conference rooms to conduct meetings
with other companies and entities essential to our business processes at the same time. Such
outside entities would include suppliers, vendors, distribution and/or logistics corporations, legal
agencies, advertising and marketing firms, etc. To be able to communicate with all of them
instantly and without periodic interruption is crucial to efficacious business practices in today’s
environment, which further contributes to our ultimate goal of providing an effective and high
quality product to ease our consumers’ woes.
Personnel Needs:
Upon initial startup, the outside agency Lionfield IT Solutions will be contracted to provide
all necessary advanced information system services and maintenance. Services rendered by
Lionfield will include the development and installation of security measure such as firewalls and
spyware-combative IT programs to prevent the threat of corporate espionage, as well as the
creation and maintenance of a sophisticated and supportive company network from which Leisure
Mover, Inc. will be able to conduct all necessary business operations in both an internal and
external capacity.
P a g e | 13
Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier!
As outlined in the Software Needs section, Intermec Technologies will also be contracted
to provide and implement an RFID inventory tracking system for the production facility so as to
accurately project timely materials requirements for production. The system may require periodic
maintenance, but major expenditures on this particular factor are largely considered to be a one-
time necessity.
With appropriate growth, a separate division will be established within the Leisure Mover,
Inc. facility to assume these duties. After performing both a feasibility and cost analysis, it is clear
that long term in-house informational technology services will provide substantial monetary relief
from an intermediate- to long-term business standpoint. However, such growth is not projected
for several years, and outsourcing from Lionfield is the far more cost-effective alternative for the
startup period.
All technological needs and their appropriated costs are provided in the table on the
following page.

VIII. Social Considerations and Responsibility
Community Development
Leisure Movers, Inc. is committed at its core to solving a very vexing everyday issue, and
is therefore very interested in contributing and relating to the community. This goal is
compounded by the fact that our company’s headquarters is located in an historically hard-hit
economic region. The city of Reading is notorious for being one of the poorest cities in the nation,
and Leisure Movers, Inc. is very interested in being part of the economic rebirth in this once-proud
city.
In addition to being part of the economic kick-start for Reading, Leisure Mover is also
committed to providing a noticeable and beneficial volunteer presence. Our employees will be
encouraged to take part in community fundraisers and other events as both individuals as well as
a team representing the company. Also, upon achieving relative financial independence and
maximized production efficiency, a separate expense account will be established in order to
provide a regular donation stream toward one or multiple charitable programs that we find very
important. Such initiatives would include organizations revolving around animal rights/protection,
recreational sports and activities, educational reform/support, and gender and race equality.
Social Responsibility
Our social responsibility is an incredibly important part of the Leisure Movers, Inc.
company, as we have worked tirelessly to develop and implement a strong company culture of
respect and integrity in every single business process that we take part in. We believe in
unconditional equality regardless of age, gender, race, religious preference or sexual orientation,
and every individual associated with our organization will be treated with the same deserved level
of respect. We are also very adamant about honesty, both in our advertising/marketing as well as
all of our business dealings.
Leisure Mover, Inc. is vehemently opposed to any utilization of unsavory or unlawful
dealings with any business partners; under absolutely no circumstances will Leisure Movers, Inc.
ever be involved in business dealings using legal loopholes, immoral dishonesty, or otherwise
unethical practices. Any vendor/supplier engaging in such aforementioned operations will have
their relationship with our company immediately severed, and more reputable and respectable
replacements will be found. We also have a vested legal interest in maintaining marketing honesty,
as misleading advertising concerning aspects of our products such as the maximum payload could
result in injuries to our consumers and therefore translate to serious legal complications.
P a g e | 16
Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier!
The mission of Leisure Mover, Inc. is to ultimately provide a solution to issues that prove
bothersome or difficult to consumers, and we aim to do so in an honorable manner. We would not
be able to seriously call ourselves a customer-oriented company if we chose to take the easy route
and step on the backs of others in the process of serving our customers. Therefore, one of our core
company focuses is on the utilization of appropriate and respectable business practices, and we
intend to always hold this value as one of our company keystones as long as we continue to serve
our customers.
IX. Long-term Plan
Development Milestones
In order to provide a comprehensive and solidified direction for the company to move
toward, Leisure Movers, Inc. has created a long-term growth and development plan in order to
guide us through the treacherous path of building a fledgling start-up company. Leisure Mover,
Inc. has developed a number of financial and developmental milestones that we are confident in
our ability to meet and exceed if adhering closely to our dedicated business model.
In addition to these milestones, Leisure Mover, Inc. has a number of goals that we aim to
meet in terms of where we stand in the market further down the road. To start a business and
become a dominant force in the market after just a few short years is an incredibly rare and
incomprehensibly difficult thing in today’s economic landscape, but we are very committed to
making a name for ourselves fairly quickly with our innovative products and passion for providing
them to wanting homeowners. In about 5 years, we hope to expand into another facility and double
our current company size/output. After gaining a foothold in the industry on the back of our
groundbreaking LiftQuik, Leisure Mover, Inc. will continue its mission to develop more products
geared specifically toward relieving some of the stresses and difficulties that naturally come with
purchasing and owning one’s own home.
By the time we hit our 10-year anniversary, Leisure Mover, Inc. is expected to have about
4-5 total facilities and over one hundred full- and part-time employees, as well as a considerable
array of products as we continue to establish ourselves as industry leaders. Our annual sales are
expected to be in the 9-12 million dollar range, with a heavy indication of continued growth in
both units sold and revenue. As we become more independent, some of our outsourced business
components are expected to be shifted in-house, particularly our IT and technology components.
P a g e | 17
Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier!
The backbone for this growth plan will, of course, rely on our initial LiftQuik product,
which we believe will be a major industry breakthrough based on the reasons we have previously
outlined. After roughly three years of relying on the LiftQuik, we expect to be able to allocate a
portion of revenue toward a new research and development program to begin expanding our
product line. Leisure Mover, Inc. is strongly opposed to churning out several subpar products in
order to generate new-product “novelty sales” for consumers; rather, we are dedicated to taking
the time to truly understand issues that homeowners face in order to carefully and meticulously
develop products to cater specifically to our customers.
In terms of ultimate goals for our firm, our endgame is quite simple: we want Leisure
Mover, Inc. to be the immediate thought that consumers come up with when considering how to
go about solving problems or addressing difficulties in relation to owning their homes. Leisure
Mover, Inc. aims to eventually be the one company that consumers think of when they are faced
with difficult household chores or concerns, and we are confident in our ability to do so.

  • 3. P a g e | 3 Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier! Executive Summary: There is a very real concern for homeowners revolving around the safety and ease of transporting heavy or bulky cargo up and down stairs/between differing floors of a housing unit, and this need is incredibly underserved. Leisure Mover, Inc. is a company founded for the purpose of addressing issues for homeowners like this using innovative and affordable products to vastly improve consumers’ quality of life. Our goal is to not only make homeownership safer and better, but to revolutionize it all together and establish ourselves as the newest name in innovative solutions. I. The Company Problem Description In the early days of Leisure Mover, Inc.’s conception, we set forth to find a common issue around which we could develop a product to fill a relatively unaddressed market niche. After consulting a number of friends and family, it was clear that one of the most prevalent problems for homeowners was centered around the movement of freight among differing levels of elevation— i.e. up and down stairs, elevated crawlspaces, and/or attics. Off the tops of our heads, neither we (the founders) nor our surveyed “consumers” could immediately identify any products that addressed such a need. Thus, the proverbial wheels began to turn. When moving large, heavy, and impractical objects up or down stairs, a dangerous situation is created where the individual risks potential injury and is almost sure to encounter a good deal of frustration. Old-fashioned attic stairs have always posed a problem when it comes to loading or unloading items from such a confined space. Furthermore, the convenience of being able to easily transport objects between floors in a household would prove to be a fantastic development in homeownership. Needless to say, there is both a demand and market niche that accompany the issue we set out to solve. Today, our world revolves around technology, and it seems that there is some type of device or machine for virtually every consumer need or want under the sun. The evolution of the transportation and communication industries has eliminated the lack of human connectivity and rerouted history, while the floating beer koozie has filled a market niche with the very miniscule market segment of waterborne beverage-drinkers. Whether it be a major day-to-day concern or a very minute and rare issue, there seems to be a product to address nearly every consumer need that could possibly be conceived. But then why are there so many homeowners who dread moving cargo around their house with no apparent or easily identifiable product to relieve them of such a burden? If only there were a company willing to provide this much-needed solution….
  • 4. P a g e | 4 Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier! Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier! Owners’ Backgrounds James Essaf Marketing & Management -- Entrepreneurship & Innovation Kurt Mozzone Marketing & Management -- Entrepreneurship & Innovation Company Profile Leisure Mover, Inc. is a Pennsylvania-based firm founded in 2015 by James Essaf and Kurt Mozzone before either founder even graduated college. We are responsible for the conception, manufacturing, marketing, and selling of user-friendly moving convenience products like the LiftQuik. Our devotion to providing consumers with groundbreaking and innovative products that greatly reduce the stresses of home labor is unparalleled, and we are unequivocally committed to establishing ourselves as leaders in the home improvement/household goods industry. What separates Leisure Mover, Inc. from our competitors is the fact that we are not simply a profit-oriented entity; our company values and business endeavors are centered on catering to the real-world needs of consumers and not simply making money off of these issues. Our true passion is to provide solutions to consumers in desperate need of safer and easier home labor in the form of unique products crafted with the sole intent of reinventing how homeowners maintain and improve their homes. Our Mission Leisure Mover, Inc. has set forth a mission that we are very passionate about: to generate an array of superior quality products that provide customers with a vastly improved quality of life by eliminating pressing issues of homeownership. There are many aspects of owning one’s own home that can prove to be very taxing and difficult, both mentally and physically. Leisure Mover, Inc. recognizes this reality and the concerns that arise from it, and we have made it our company objective to be the difference-maker that these underserved consumers want and need. Our Vision While our mission is to provide consumers with a much-needed and highly effective set of products to fit their aforementioned needs, we have a vision of someday being the premier name in our industry, with a reputation of providing home goods that make heavy duty jobs safer and easier. We are incredibly devoted to developing products that homeowners and other consumers find to be home necessities, and our vision for the future is to achieve recognition and a reputation for this goal that we are so very passionate about.
  • 5. P a g e | 5 Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier! Services Leisure Move's services include a multitude of customer support services, repair, refurbishing, promotional, and marketing services for products like the LiftQuik. We pride ourselves on our competitive advantages of price and customer responsiveness: the simplistic yet maximum-efficiency design of the LiftQuik allows us to make the most inexpensive and comparatively effective product in the industry, but we also pride ourselves on being the most capable company in the market in terms of accommodating customers with product customization. With a product like the LiftQuik, there is often the need for alterations to be made: dimensions of staircases and differing levels of elevation in homes typically vary from unit to unit, and Leisure Mover, Inc. is happy to offer a comprehensive customization capability with its LiftQuik product in order to cater to any and all consumer needs. In addition to the three different models that Leisure Mover, Inc. will introduce upon the product launch, our customizable features for the LiftQuik can be utilized either online through the Leisure Mover, Inc. website or by phone. Options for such alterations include adding or removing particular lengths of piping for the guide rails to accommodate different stairway/elevation dimensions, altered pulley system to increase efficiency or cut down on materials cost, higher-grade materials for heavier duty use, and so on. Competitive Advantage - LiftQuik Leisure Mover, Inc. has identified a market with the LiftQuik where there is a relative dearth of direct competitors, with most of the existing competing products being of a very different type or design than our product. The most recognizable competing products are either awkward and difficult to utilize and store, require an external power source and/or professional installation, carry a borderline-outrageous price, or a contain a combination thereof. Compared to these competitors, the LiftQuik carries a pair of specific competitive advantage points: price and simplicity. First and foremost, this product utilizes unique construction and engineering to maximize mechanical efficiency. The LiftQuik is entirely kinetic in terms of mechanization and does not utilize any electricity, as some much higher-priced competing products do. While it still employs “human power,” the innovative design and carefully selected materials of this apparatus maximize the efficiency of the work exerted by the user. This provides a far safer alternative to simply hauling freight on one’s back or in their arms, but is also much easier to store and utilize as compared to all somewhat comparable products on the market today. In addition to being vastly advantageous from a user-friendly perspective, the LiftQuik’s price also provides a remarkable advantage over competing products. We intend to introduce this product to the market with a starting price of roughly $130, whereas the nearest product that is even remotely comparable carries a price tag several times that amount. The materials, design, and independence from installation or an outside power source allows the LiftQuik to be assembled for a considerably low manufacturing cost per unit, meaning that its market-best price tag makes it a go-to choice for consumers while still maintaining profitability. The strategic location of Leisure Mover, Inc.’s manufacturing facility and distribution channels also contributes to a minimized cost-per-goods-sold, providing further flexibility for its introductory market price.
  • 6. P a g e | 6 Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier! II. The Industry Industry Description: Leisure Mover, Inc. aims to enter the market of innovative household products that vastly improve consumers’ quality of living. This industry is dominated by hardware retailers such as Lowe’s and Home Depot, who sell products aimed at improving household chores and projects for homeowners. The LiftQuik is one such product which is targeted at the specific task of helping consumers move heavy and/or bulky items and cargo between differing levels of elevation (i.e. up and down stairs, into the attic or crawl spaces, high walls in garages and sheds, etc.) that we hope makes a huge impact on consumers’ well being and safety. This is a very underserved and emerging market niche, and Leisure Mover, Inc. is very confident that our products will have both a significant initial impact as well as a long-term industry presence. Industry Trends: Alternative products of a similar nature or intended to serve a similar need have become increasingly available in recent years, but all of them are either of an industrial make or are far more complicated than the simple-yet-effective product that we have developed with the LiftQuik. The nearest comparable product to the LiftQuik that is geared toward lifting cargo into an overhead attic would be the SpaceLift, an electronic competitor with a higher weight threshold than our product—but requires installation, an accompanying outside electronic power source, and must be installed prior to use. Even in light of all of these disadvantages in contrast with the LiftQuik, the SpaceLift also carries a price tag ten times larger than that of our product. All other products researched in the industry thus far are of an industrial make and are simply used in larger company warehouses to carry much larger loads in a different context. While many devices exist to transport people up and down stairs who cannot do it on their own power (i.e. wounded veterans, elderly folks, physically disabled individuals, etc.), there is an alarming shortage of simple household products for a relatively low price that can easily transport items up and downstairs and/or differing levels of elevation. There are a few companies who have recently come to the forefront with products that are specifically geared to carry items up stairs, but these products are still electronically powered and cannot be utilized to move items down a flight of stairs in a similarly easy and safe manner. In addition, the least expensive iteration of such a product still easily exceeds $2,000 and is therefore a far less financially viable option than the LiftQuik. Furthermore, such competing/comparable products all seem to be following the same mold, meaning that the opportunity for a cheaper and safer alternative like the LiftQuik to have an impact in the market is very realistic.
  • 7. P a g e | 7 Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier! Strategic Opportunities: Because the market is only populated with electronically controlled competitors’ products, we still have a very viable and potentially successful market niche with consumers who want a simple and user-friendly product that can be assembled, disassembled, used, and stored with comparative ease. The scarcity of competitors combined with an increase in households with attics or upper-level floors ensures that our product has both a viable and expanding target market III. Target Market Target Market: The target market for the QuikLift is fairly large and can be expanded into multiple areas depending upon future growth of the production line. This market includes, but is not limited to: ● Homeowners with multiple stairs ● Warehouses ● Store backrooms ● Apartment complexes ● Construction crews ● Anyone with a flight of stairs ● Anyone who needs to move anything up an incline at any time ● Elderly Future production lines with improved mobility and sustainable heavier weight distribution will be able to accommodate, but not be limited to: ● Moving companies ● Landscaping companies ● Construction crews/Contractors ● Individuals moving items on 45-90 degree inclines ● Any company moving heavy items The target market that Leisure Mover, Inc. has identified includes any homeowner with more than one floor in their house or unit, generally aged 30 or older, and with an average annual income of at least $30,000-$35,000. In order to garner a more visual perception of our targeted demographic Figure 1 displays the numerical breakdown of each analytical control for the population of Berks County, Pennsylvania. The red segment represents Leisure Mover, Inc.’s fully dissected target market for the immediate servicing area upon startup.
  • 8. P a g e | 8 Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier! IV. Competition Competitors: Competition for the QuikLift is fairly small; although products for moving items up an incline or ninety degree exist in industrial areas, their methods are not user friendly, or designed for household use. Comparable products use a winch system and can cost upwards of a few thousand dollars. Their usage is not intended for anywhere but in a warehouse environment and movability or storage is extremely limited. All similar products are large and/or bulky in their own right, cannot be easily stored or compacted to fit into small areas, and are ten-fold more expensive than the LiftQuik. The most prominent or industry-leading companies that manufacture potentially competing products would include Hercules Complete Lifting Solutions and PowerMate StairClimbing HandTrucks. Both companies are at the forefront of home lifting solutions, but both companies are geared toward lifting or transporting heavier items, particularly appliances. The LiftQuik, on the other hand, is meant for miscellaneous boxes and totes that may prove a bit too heavy or bulky to safely move up and down steps by oneself. The average homeowner might need to transport heavy appliances like washers, dryers, refrigerators, and hot water heaters once every two years at most—making the aforementioned competitors’ products necessary on a rental basis at best. The LiftQuik, in contrast, can conceivably be used once a week. This means that in terms of its specific intended purpose, the LiftQuik has no directly paralleled competing products. Strategic Position: Leisure Movers plans to position itself in an area between both industrial and household mechanics. In this area we will be able to provide both high quality to industrial corporations and low-priced, manageable products to the household market.
  • 9. P a g e | 9 Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier! Risk Management: Leisure Mover, Inc. and its many product lines including the LiftQuik will be facing similar investment risks to any other prospective startup company, as well as something of an added risk due to the objective of addressing potentially dangerous home chores and labors. Chief among these risks include the following: ● Liability of injury ● Patent Pending ● Barriers to entry ● Insurance risks However, with a combination of careful business planning/research and genuine passion for catering to our consumers’ needs, Leisure Mover, Inc. has taken steps and implemented a startup business model that at least heavily mitigates these potential risks. Barring any unforeseen calamities, we are steadfast in our belief that Leisure Mover, Inc. is well-protected from the generic risk factors that so often snuff out the flames of countless other prospective startups. V. Sales and Marketing Strategy Marketing Plan: Like many other startup companies, to get the word out about our product is one of the first steps toward cementing ourselves as an industry-leading household name. To achieve such a goal, our marketing strategy will revolve around some of the following: ● Hold open demonstrations at hardware stores ● Offer services to local contractors and affiliated groups ● Word-of-mouth promotion ● Local radio and television broadcasting ● Hire agents to license our product to local stores and retailers ● Work with the local government to raise awareness for everyday safeties Sales Strategy: Our initial LiftQuik product will be priced in the comfortable range of $100 - $250 depending upon the model and carrying capacity. As previously mentioned, such a price for a product that greatly aids in the transportation of troublesome home cargo is astoundingly appealing when considering companies that aim to fill the same general need. With three different specialized models of the LiftQuik, the financial appeal of such a product at one-tenth the cost of anything that could even remotely be considered a competitor is sure to be a substantial draw. This rationale is compounded by the fact that the urban geographical setting of Leisure Mover, Inc.’s company facility (Reading, PA) is an historically poverty-stricken locale.
  • 10. P a g e | 10 Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier! Sales Channels Leisure Mover, Inc. plans to sell our products both through our company website as well as through industry-leading home goods/home improvement retailers like Home Depot, Lowes, UPS, USPS, Fedex, Target, Walmart, and other Licensing and Royalty program accepting supercenters. The former will be used for customer responsive orders—namely, customized orders based on specific customer needs for altered version of the LiftQuik with features such as lengthened or shortened guide rails, higher weight thresholds, special orders for more than one product at a time, etc. The latter channels will be utilized for off-the-shelf sales on a general retailing basis; consumers will be able to purchase the product in the very same department of their favorite home goods or home improvement store where the LiftQuik will be advertised and demonstrated. VI. Operational Processes Key Aspects of Operations : After researching possible production facilities, we’ve settled on a 13,500 square foot 4- story industrial warehouse in Reading, PA that is well-maintained but very barebones. We’ll need to purchase and install all necessary equipment (which will include conveyor belts, workstations, worktables, basic carpentry tools, etc.) Raw materials will be received at a 3-bay loading dock, where they are unloaded and moved to a receiving floor and broken down for appropriate distribution throughout the facility. We will have roughly 13 employees broken down into a specific format as outlined in the following table: Figure 2: Employment Breakdown Employee Hours/Week Hourly Wage Weekly Earnings Monthly Earnings Office Associate 40 $12 $480 $1,920 Engineers 25 $18 $450 (x2) $3,600 Warehouse Associates 20 $9 $180 (x8) $5,760 Supervisors 25 $20 $500 (x2) $4,000 The manufacturing process will be predicated on a hybrid assembly-line/group workstation format, with the more complex inner pieces constructed first and then run through conveyor belts where the rest of the mechanism is assembled and eventually packaged.
  • 11. P a g e | 11 Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier! Cost and Time Efficiencies: The location we chose was strategic in addition to cost-efficient, as the Reading area still has a functioning transportation infrastructure that proved to be a major national trade hub just a few decades ago. The nearby railroad and major highway channels provide for a much more time- and cost-effective logistical system, both in terms of raw material input and finished product output. Our multi-floored and compartmentalized production facility also allows for specialization, creating a streamlined production system that will further contribute to cutting down on both time and cost of production and shipping. Competitive Advantages: Our production facility will be located in a very economically downtrodden region desperate for any sort of business, so operating expenses will be comparatively low as opposed to competitors. In addition, our location still holds geographical advantage in terms of some of the raw materials we will need for production, and the aforementioned existing transportation infrastructure will further contribute to cutting down our bottom line. Finally, our product requires cheaper materials and assembly is far easier compared to competing products, making it capable for us to capture a substantial portion of the market from a cost perspective. VII. Technological Requirements Software Needs: Concerning software, necessary tools will obviously include the Microsoft Office suite of tools, as well as the appropriate supportive software for teleconference purposes outlined in the upcoming Telecommunication Needs section. A comprehensive and secure network will need to be established in order to provide Leisure Mover, Inc. with the ability to perform all necessary business operations adequately in terms of both speed and efficacy. To accurately and effectively monitor all raw materials for production, a radio frequency identification (RFID) inventory tracking system purchased from Intermec Technologies will also need to be implemented. Each incoming delivery of materials will be prepackaged with an accompanying barcode containing its exact information and count of the inventory materials, which upon scanning with our in-house system will be immediately uploaded to the inventory database from which all production will be carefully based around. When any resource or material falls below a percentage threshold as a result of production or other inventory-depletion means (damaged materials, etc.), an automatic economic-order quantity (EOQ) purchase order will be submitted to the appropriate vendors through our system. Upon submitting such orders, a notification text or e-mail will be forwarded first to the receiving/inventory manager and then to all company officers. Approval is needed from both the receiving/inventory manager as well as one company officer to finalize and send each purchase order.

Hardware Needs: As far as hardware is concerned, necessary equipment will include the appliances outlined in the financial breakdown of production, as well as two personal computer terminals for company officers and three for employee use throughout the assembly/receiving areas of the facility. Security implementations will also be installed, including closed-circuit security systems as well as necessary keycard/lock-access regions. Security clearances will be afforded to appropriate personnel based on their level of authority in the corporation as well as the responsibilities afforded to/expected of them. Company officers will, of course, be afforded full and unconditional access to all areas of the facility. Other managers’ security clearances will vary based on their respective departments and the responsibilities entrusted to them. Telecommunication Needs: To provide truly seamless and instant communication throughout the Leisure Mover, Inc. facility, we have selected a comprehensive telecommunications array to streamline all possible business applications. An intercom system and accompanying hardline phone system will be installed in the facility to provide for clear communication throughout every region and all four floors of the facility. Additionally, the top floor of the Leisure Mover, Inc. facility (office/administrative division) will be provided 3 HP ProJet all-in-one office systems, providing a range of necessary functions including printing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, and other required office capabilities. Personal phones will be provided for company officers in their offices, though all phones throughout the facility will have the capability to call both within and outside of the facility. To provide the capability of unparalleled simultaneous inter-business communication among several different individuals or business entities, the startup facility for Leisure Mover, Inc. will even be outfitted with a pair of teleconference-oriented conference rooms to conduct meetings with other companies and entities essential to our business processes at the same time. Such outside entities would include suppliers, vendors, distribution and/or logistics corporations, legal agencies, advertising and marketing firms, etc. To be able to communicate with all of them instantly and without periodic interruption is crucial to efficacious business practices in today’s environment, which further contributes to our ultimate goal of providing an effective and high quality product to ease our consumers’ woes. Personnel Needs: Upon initial startup, the outside agency Lionfield IT Solutions will be contracted to provide all necessary advanced information system services and maintenance. Services rendered by Lionfield will include the development and installation of security measure such as firewalls and spyware-combative IT programs to prevent the threat of corporate espionage, as well as the creation and maintenance of a sophisticated and supportive company network from which Leisure Mover, Inc. will be able to conduct all necessary business operations in both an internal and external capacity.

As outlined in the Software Needs section, Intermec Technologies will also be contracted to provide and implement an RFID inventory tracking system for the production facility so as to accurately project timely materials requirements for production. The system may require periodic maintenance, but major expenditures on this particular factor are largely considered to be a one- time necessity. With appropriate growth, a separate division will be established within the Leisure Mover, Inc. facility to assume these duties. After performing both a feasibility and cost analysis, it is clear that long term in-house informational technology services will provide substantial monetary relief from an intermediate- to long-term business standpoint. However, such growth is not projected for several years, and outsourcing from Lionfield is the far more cost-effective alternative for the startup period. All technological needs and their appropriated costs are provided in the table on the following page.

Social Considerations and Responsibility Community Development Leisure Movers, Inc. is committed at its core to solving a very vexing everyday issue, and is therefore very interested in contributing and relating to the community. This goal is compounded by the fact that our company’s headquarters is located in an historically hard-hit economic region. The city of Reading is notorious for being one of the poorest cities in the nation, and Leisure Movers, Inc. is very interested in being part of the economic rebirth in this once-proud city. In addition to being part of the economic kick-start for Reading, Leisure Mover is also committed to providing a noticeable and beneficial volunteer presence. Our employees will be encouraged to take part in community fundraisers and other events as both individuals as well as a team representing the company. Also, upon achieving relative financial independence and maximized production efficiency, a separate expense account will be established in order to provide a regular donation stream toward one or multiple charitable programs that we find very important. Such initiatives would include organizations revolving around animal rights/protection, recreational sports and activities, educational reform/support, and gender and race equality. Social Responsibility Our social responsibility is an incredibly important part of the Leisure Movers, Inc. company, as we have worked tirelessly to develop and implement a strong company culture of respect and integrity in every single business process that we take part in. We believe in unconditional equality regardless of age, gender, race, religious preference or sexual orientation, and every individual associated with our organization will be treated with the same deserved level of respect. We are also very adamant about honesty, both in our advertising/marketing as well as all of our business dealings. Leisure Mover, Inc. is vehemently opposed to any utilization of unsavory or unlawful dealings with any business partners; under absolutely no circumstances will Leisure Movers, Inc. ever be involved in business dealings using legal loopholes, immoral dishonesty, or otherwise unethical practices. Any vendor/supplier engaging in such aforementioned operations will have their relationship with our company immediately severed, and more reputable and respectable replacements will be found. We also have a vested legal interest in maintaining marketing honesty, as misleading advertising concerning aspects of our products such as the maximum payload could result in injuries to our consumers and therefore translate to serious legal complications.
  • 16. P a g e | 16 Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier! The mission of Leisure Mover, Inc. is to ultimately provide a solution to issues that prove bothersome or difficult to consumers, and we aim to do so in an honorable manner. We would not be able to seriously call ourselves a customer-oriented company if we chose to take the easy route and step on the backs of others in the process of serving our customers. Therefore, one of our core company focuses is on the utilization of appropriate and respectable business practices, and we intend to always hold this value as one of our company keystones as long as we continue to serve our customers. IX. Long-term Plan Development Milestones In order to provide a comprehensive and solidified direction for the company to move toward, Leisure Movers, Inc. has created a long-term growth and development plan in order to guide us through the treacherous path of building a fledgling start-up company. Leisure Mover, Inc. has developed a number of financial and developmental milestones that we are confident in our ability to meet and exceed if adhering closely to our dedicated business model. In addition to these milestones, Leisure Mover, Inc. has a number of goals that we aim to meet in terms of where we stand in the market further down the road. To start a business and become a dominant force in the market after just a few short years is an incredibly rare and incomprehensibly difficult thing in today’s economic landscape, but we are very committed to making a name for ourselves fairly quickly with our innovative products and passion for providing them to wanting homeowners. In about 5 years, we hope to expand into another facility and double our current company size/output. After gaining a foothold in the industry on the back of our groundbreaking LiftQuik, Leisure Mover, Inc. will continue its mission to develop more products geared specifically toward relieving some of the stresses and difficulties that naturally come with purchasing and owning one’s own home. By the time we hit our 10-year anniversary, Leisure Mover, Inc. is expected to have about 4-5 total facilities and over one hundred full- and part-time employees, as well as a considerable array of products as we continue to establish ourselves as industry leaders. Our annual sales are expected to be in the 9-12 million dollar range, with a heavy indication of continued growth in both units sold and revenue. As we become more independent, some of our outsourced business components are expected to be shifted in-house, particularly our IT and technology components.
  • 17. P a g e | 17 Leisure Mover, Inc. — We are Leisure... Because we make it easier! The backbone for this growth plan will, of course, rely on our initial LiftQuik product, which we believe will be a major industry breakthrough based on the reasons we have previously outlined. After roughly three years of relying on the LiftQuik, we expect to be able to allocate a portion of revenue toward a new research and development program to begin expanding our product line. Leisure Mover, Inc. is strongly opposed to churning out several subpar products in order to generate new-product “novelty sales” for consumers; rather, we are dedicated to taking the time to truly understand issues that homeowners face in order to carefully and meticulously develop products to cater specifically to our customers. In terms of ultimate goals for our firm, our endgame is quite simple: we want Leisure Mover, Inc. to be the immediate thought that consumers come up with when considering how to go about solving problems or addressing difficulties in relation to owning their homes. Leisure Mover, Inc. aims to eventually be the one company that consumers think of when they are faced with difficult household chores or concerns, and we are confident in our ability to do so. Management & Organization: James Essaf CEO - CFO - President Marketing & Management -- Entrepreneurship & Innovation Kurt Mozzone COO - CMO - Vice President Marketing & Management -- Entrepreneurship & Innovation Leisure Movers Inc. being a fairly new company; salaries would be fairly slim to none, but with projected numbers and break even analysis such salaries could be projected.
