This document provides instructions for correctly entering data into fields to generate labels with specific information on the royalty and non-operating sides. The number on the numbered label side and the 'NONOP' text and number on the royalty non-op side must be entered exactly as shown in the data entry examples, or else the labels will not print the data correctly.

1. LL Data Entry and Label Output: Royalty Sides and Surface Side
Note: in order for the labels to print as shown in the label examples below, the field specified in the
Data Entry Example section MUST be entered exactly the same as indicated, or the label will not present
the data correctly.
