1. Advantage of the system is that a patient has all his medical data stored
in the server of the health department which can be referred to in
future. The e-prescription comes up against the same registration
number. The software was as such tested internally and integrated with
HMIS solution of the Health department.
Scheme based identification of beneficiaries for free services at partner
health centres. Chargeable services are also guided by the rates fixed
under the project.
Provide Diagnostic service by tapping the expertise of the private
sector. Speedier diagnosis, reduced incidence of complications due to
delays in diagnosis.
Prevent fraud and fake Bills and fake patient data submitted by partners
and reduce Paperwork.
Health department decides the Payable Bill Amount to Partner using
the software & for Partner Client Users, Offline mode is also available
which may be used when there is a power failure.
Status : LIVE & More than 130 centres registered in the network and
Per day 10000 cases are being registered.
Challenges : Lot of background noise in hospital during testing phase.

2. Learning Management System
SEMT deliverables and Activities :
•Creation of separate instance for West Bengal
•Creation of admin for IT&E Dept & ATI WB.
•Successful completion of Webinar on 29th November 2019 by IT&E Dept
•Capacity building of ATI WB on features and functionalities of LMS
Adoption of LMS of NeGD in West Bengal

3. Birth Certificate registration for KMC
SEMT deliverables and Activities :
1. Application Optimization with KMC department to understand the requirements and making
subsequent changes.
2. Coordinating with the stakeholders to implement changes recommended in KMC
department & fixing issues faced by the department.
