Established in 1991 (under the trading name of PH Legal Services), PDH Legal
Services Limited, provide a one stop Professional Agency Service to Solicitors,
Financial Lending Institutions, Commercial Recovery Companies and Utility
Companies . We believe that we offer first class quality work at very competitive and
economic rates.
PH Legal Services was one of the very first firms at the time, to offer a one stop
nationwide agency service.
We can undertake all variety of applications in all County Courts in England and
Wales. In addition thereto, we also undertake advocacy work and court issue in the
Royal Courts of Justice. All our Advocates have in excess of 35 years experience of
Litigation/Insolvency practice and procedure.
We also undertake all type of Process Serving work in the Home Counties at very
competitive rates. Our fixed fees will include the drafting of detailed reports and
Affidavits and Certificates of Service.
In accordance with your requirements, our fee for attending straight forward
applications is fixed at £65.00 plus VAT. In addition thereto, we also undertake Small
Claim hearings. Our fee in this respect will vary depending on the preparation and
time estimate of the hearing. A defended hearing with a time estimate of up to an
hour will be fixed at £120.00 plus VAT. If the defendant fails to attend then our fee is
£100.00 plus VAT. A hearing that, due to the complexity and or lengthy submissions
made, which exceeds beyond an hour, will be adjusted accordingly.

2. We can accept and deal with instructions at short notice, professionally with speed
and efficiency.
We provide a standard of client care, which we believe is second to none with
flexibility that allows us to meet your individual needs.
We guarantee to report to you on the telephone immediately after the hearing
followed by a full detailed report emailed within 24 hours.
