Gary has been working for London Underground since 2000, and joined my team in December
2008 as a CDM-coordinator and safety advisor.
The team I manage provide support and ensure legal compliance in respect to health and
safety for numerous projects, and a high degree of competency in the team is both needed
and expected. Gary has proven himself to be both competent, diligent. hardworking and
highly capable from the start. He is a good team player and has worked to maximum
advantage with LU Project Managers, suppliers and the SOE Contracts team.
Gary adapted seamlessly to using our systems and processes, and has ensured that the LU
Crossrail project and Energy Contracts Management Teams have achieved legislative
compliance with CDM Regulations, general health and safety legislation and LU standards.
Gary has been extremely adaptable and willing to accommodate additional work when asked
which has been greatly appreciated by myself and the team during times of high workloads.
Gary has undertaken this work in a highly professional manner and ensured high quality
products at all times. In doing so he has assisted the wider team considerably.
