of origin and whether or not including additional writing thereon or attached thereto) of
memoranda, reports, books, manuals, instructions, directives, records, forms, notes,
letters, notices, confirmations, telegrams, pamphlets, notations of any sort Concerning
conversations, telephone calls, meetings or other communications, bulletins, transcripts,
diaries, analyses, summaries, correspondence investigations, questionnaires, surveys,
worksheets, and ail drafts, preliminary versions, alterations, modifications, revisions,
changes, amendments and written comments concerning the foregoing, in whatever
form, stored or contained in or on whatever medium, including computerized memory or
magnetic media.

Hawai'i Public Utilities Commission, their immediate family, their private consulting firms
and their employment in any consulting firm under contract to the NextEra and/or
Hawaiian Electric family of businesses. Please include any discussions, documents, or
proposals for future arrangements and agreements.
LOL-IR-332. Please detail all meetings with former Commissioners ofthe Hawai'i Public
Utilities Commission, their immediate family, their private consulting firms and their
employment in any consulting firm under contract to the NextEra and/or Hawaiian
Electric family of businesses.

consulting firms and their employment in any consulting firm under contract to the
NextEra and/or Hawaiian Electric family of businesses.

Commissioners of the Hawai'i Public Utilities Commission, their immediate family, their
private consulting firms and their employment in any consulting firm under contract to
the NextEra and/or Hawaiian Electric family of businesses regarding (a) inter-island
connectivity, (b) liquefied natural gas, (c) HB 623, and (d) the public listening sessions.
Commission Order 33041 dated August 4, 2015. "[T]he purpose of these public listening
sessions is to listen to the views expressed by members ofthe general public. Parties to
this proceeding will not be permitted to participate in the public listening sessions." (p. 5)

correspondence, and phone logs) to encourage people to attend the public listening
sessions.
