 Developed a complex plan to dissolve real estate partnership consisting of 8
buildings valued at roughly 60 million dollars. Negotiated a Dissolution Agreement
resolving all tax issues, inter corporate loan obligations and the sale of client’s stock
in several properties. Resulting agreement left client with holdings worth
approximately 24% more value than his prior ownership interest.
 Negotiated settlement of 15 outstanding subcontractor balances to clear title of $11
million property for sale.
 Drafted statement and prepared client to testify before the United Stat es Senate
Committee on Finance.
 Negotiated settlement of alleged tax debt with National and Regional Taxpayer
Advocates. Client received full relief of $480,000.00 debt and the return of
previously seized funds.

Consulting with this non-profit entity organized to provide information and referral services
to pro se litigants in New York City Family Courts. LIFT operates on an annual budget of
approximately 1.8 million dollars.
 Leveraged the loss of the Office Manager to realign the operations staff and job
responsibilities to realize 40.3% savings in salary with almost no loss of productive
work hours.
 Restructured the Development team in conjunction with creating an expanded
funding plan projected to save 30–50% in salary on the restructure side and raise
13.8-19.4% of the annual budget on the development side.
 Researched and assessed possible strategic partners to work with the organization as
a means of expanding services and reach of programs.

litigation strategies for approximately 200 cases from inception to resolution. Management
duties included quarterly reporting of office finances, contract negotiation with service and

 Focused on negotiation of settlements as means to reduce case load and increase
revenue. Efforts resulted in settlement of approximately 30 cases generating about
